I had purchased Micromax Yureka in March 2015. The phone stopped charging on July 29. I dealt with the unresponsive customer care who would not debug the problem. I received the replacement on Aug 25. One month after the issue. Then the new phone stopped charging on Nov 22. Again, the same issue with charging jack. The Customer care is unresponsive, cutting calls, not helping, totally uncordinating. Its been 15 days, and I have not recieved response that theyw ill provide replacement. Also, one of the customer care executive was blatantly rude. Was this information helpful? | |||
