[Resolved] Yu Televentures — send my new phone | |||
Sir, I brought yunicorn 5530 phone 3 month ago. That phone was not being able to support otg in the file manager. I went to the service center where my phone was send to your head office department for 10 days. On saturday aug 26 collect my phone to the micromax service center. There was a software problem in my phone but that its display opened and she was not fit properly she was heading upwards. I did not understand why my display was opened due to the software problem. And phone center batten has been not match on his display phone and the place is scratched on the phone. And sim plate not match his body colour and his bolts were not even how. I am sending you the picture of his that phone. I can not collect that phone i need my new phone otherwise i will have to take action in my way. I have deposited that phone in the service center and i need my new phone as soon as possible. I have a job seat of my phone and i have written about it in my entire problem i am very upset i need mu phone as soon as possible. Thankyou Was this information helpful? | |||
Aug 29, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved As i have told you i am in great trouble with my phone.so please replay me in an email when the softwere problem was shown inside the phone why would you have a technical problem in it. And tell me why my phone display was opend. when no technical problem was written in my job sheet then what was the reason for opening the display YU Televentures customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
