[Resolved] Yu Televentures — yu 50 50 second replacement -mobile not working | |||
I purchased a YU 5050 mobile model in Jan 2016.This was my first YU product purchased online on amozon.in and as I had heard a lot about YU product quality I blindly bought the product. when my mobile was in under warranty after 6month's mobile suddenly starting display issue, mobile hot, battery draining fastly I submitted the my new mobile in service center for replacement & I got new replacement from Yu televenture on dated Jan 2017 . Now I am facing the same second Mobile replacement display issue, battery draining fast & mother processor issue, the I have submitted the my mobile on service center for solving the issue they checked and replied me to in mobile have mother processor issue (complaint no[protected] complaint submitted on dated 11th April 2018 still not resolved the issue . when approached the customer care(complaint no 936881) they also given me when I called the customer care like a "boli bachhan" your problem resolved as early as possible now today is 14 july 2018 ( 90 days wastages ) but mother processor not received from manufacturing unit and mobile still under service. Every time customer care & service center don't know the availability of part haven’t received any response as yet. kindly help to resolve service issue as well as part availability. It's till my complaint not resolved & my mobile still in service center .
They said me - No reply from manufacturing unit to availability of Mother board . YU Televentures customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
