1. It is regrading www.techconsults.in
2. Earlier I purchased Office 365 business standard
and used it with microsoft account [protected]@techconsults.onmicrosoft.com
3. Recently lator this year I purchased office business basic 365 and logged it with changed Microsoft account [protected]@techconsults1.onmicroot.com
4. But I was not able to use desktop apps and other past features, I purchased office 365 business standard from the market and Microsoft ID I used was [protected]@techconsults1.onmicrosoft.com
So on this account I had two subscription
After this I could not open my accunt and on opening I was asked to confirm the notification with mobile authenticator app and i failed to connect this account
5. Following are Microsoft accunt

e. [protected]@techconsults.onmicrosoft.com
f. [protected]@techconsults1.onmicrosoft.com
6. I tried hard to login my busins accounts but failed to use ofice 365 business basic and stanard
Finally with much effort account ‘e’ above
but not able to use office 365
The login id for this site was earlier [protected]@techconsults.onmicrosoft.com for office 365 standard
Later on I switched to Office 365 business basic and Microsoft asked me to change the ID. I changed to [protected]@techconsults1.onmicrosoft.com and in addition to office business I added office business standard.
In both cases I am not able to go for two stage verification with Microsoft authenticator app.
Please help as I no longe able to use both the applicatin because o problem in tw stage verification
