I had purchased lumia950xl in december2015, now only after 1 year battery has become bulge & its not fitting in phone. even now there is bigger problem, service centre in my city or any retailer nor any online sites doesn't have battery to be sold lose. now what should I do about this Rs50000 piece of crap. its of no use to me. that's how Microsoft treats people.

I restart my microsoft lumia 640 lte mobile. it asking reset protection key. microsoft lumia 640 lte IME No:[protected]. my email id : [protected]@gmail.com

    I own a lumia 640xl, which accidentally fallen frm my hand and its screenbis totally cracked. So i went to authorised service centre to replace the screen, and i gave my phone to them on[protected], its been two months since that, still my device is not get repaired. Everytime i contact them, they say the parts have not arrived yet. When i asked them a tine range, they said they don't know. What am i supposed to do then, wait for a year or more, now i regret the decision i made, tat to go for a windows device. Please do something about it. The service centre is at calicut kerala (Mobnet).

      I initially purchased windows 7, some 10 years ago and had minimal issues with my computer and programs. then 2 years ago and automatic up grade to windows 10 for free caused all sought of problems with accessing existing information and programs, so we paid a computer technician to remove the program. We have had to upgrade from Windows 7 to 10 again because your organisation is making 7 obsolete, since installing Windows 10 each time we open a word document we are having to accept you licence each time or the program shuts down. this is causing us all soughts of frustration we are retirees and the computer is a major source of contact with our children and grandchildren who live other areas within Australia. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease help.

        I bought Lumia 950XL which was Microsft's flapship windows phone from Flipkart, the phone had both software and hardware issues due to which my usage was very limited and I never got the opportunity to levarage the h/w specification.
        After seven months there was a fault in my battery which was unwarranted because my usage was very confined, I took measures that my phone is not overcharged, I barely used the display dock, then i convinced myself that battery issues are very common so i started communicating with both B2X and local service centre. I was told that i'll have to buy the battery from a local shop.
        My device is under warranty and Microsoft is obligated to serve me, they dont have the battery, their representatives dont give a damn. In the meanwhile I am stuck here with my device which is rendered useless.

        I used to be a Microsoft fan but regardless of the outcome of this interaction, you have lost one loyal customer.

          I have purchased microsoft office license and I renew it every year through microsoft dealer "VINTECH ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS PVT LTD" in Pune
          However every now and then someone from Mcrosoft calls me to tell that my licenses are not in order. Then they tell all wrong details such as "we may not update dealer data immediately - it will take 2/3 months etc." Then they try to sell me lifetime license
          I think they are using wrong threats to harass small businesses asthey tell me that I will continue getting such calls if I dont buy lifeime license

            I am using nokia 830 running on windows 10... My problem is when i open any application installed in my phone it shutdown automatically after open app.. Its happen 80% when i open app...
            All application face this issue, so i thought its not problem of application, it's problem in operating system, i used windows 10 latest update in my phone..
            Also there is company installed app game hub app doesn't act good.. When i open green farm 3 from game hub... Its stuck at screen... No back word option work.. So i am go back to direct home screen pressing home button.. Game doesn't start...
            Microsoft company don't try to resolve our problem,,, if they are not able then why produce mobile... After sell service its horrible... They have introduce feedback hub... But nothing solved which is feedback by customer...

              I have purchased a micrsoft lumia 540 handset through snapdeal under invoice number s1b7d8/16-17/142 dtd 27th jan 2017. The handset is received at my place of residenace on 03rd feb 2017. After opening the pack i found that the display of the involved handset is defunct as such i am unable to put the handset in use, i have contacted snapdeal but failed to receive response from them. Hence i am mailing my grivance to you with a request either to replace the handset or arrange for refund.

Still every time they are changing my duedate.I complained many time but still no solution given.and I also complained to support.b2x.com website that provide me from BM GADGET SERVICE center but they are also not given any solution about my mobile.I suffered more than 10 times but no one is ready for give me mobile back.so please help me and give me my mobile back.

                    I bought the phone in May ... Since then i am facing several issues such as charging, phone restarting, speaker problem and vibrations

                    So i visited the Microsoft Store where they took my phone for 25 days and gave it back saying that the problem was with the battery - so it has been replaced

                    The problem persisted so i visited them again - they again took 20 - 25 days and said they have replaced some chips in it so it should be fine

                    Guess what - the problem persists and this exercise of soft reset - hard reset - OS Reinstall has been going on since 6 months now with no use ...

                    NOW AFTER 3 MONTHS THEY ARE GOING TO TELL IT HAS NO WARRANTY SO PLEASE THROW YOUR PHONE

                    Cant believe i spend 18k for this stupid phone ... was using Nokia since ever and i will never touch any Microsoft product from now

                      I gave my Lumia 540 for service, after expiry of warranty, before 3 months to Microsoft's authorized service centre at manjeri. Many times I contacted them but they merely informed me to wait for some time. Then I recently contacted them and they informed me that they had not received it's spare parts from Delhi store. So there is no way for service. Actually I lost Rs 9000/ for buying mobile phone with in an year.

                        This company without testing the software releases updates... I have been facing a lot of problems since I have updated it. Screen goes blank anytime and comes back after battery is taken out. Also I am unable to update applications on windows store.Also since I purchased this product its touch hangs a lot while charging. I went to its service centre but they told me that this is the manufacturing defect in this product. So please pay your kind attention to my problem and also stop this company to sell such products in market.

                          My phone was working perfectly until today morning. but then it started to turn off and on automatically which resulted in battery drain. And now I am unable to charge it more than 2%. It automatically gets shut down after that. I am worried now. I am a huge fan of Microsoft. But this is disappointing. Christmas present by Microsoft. -_-

                            Hi i've been trying for 6 weeks to get my lumia 950xl fixed under the warranty but unfortunately the b2x side that you use is completely useless and i haven’t been able to get anywhere, i've called 19 times now over the last 6 weeks and been assured each time i will get a call back and this sorted but no never happens i am now very upset as had to purchase a new phone.
                            The fault with handset is charging as keeps saying check usb and don't charge (Bought other charger incase)
                            I've been given a case no by the last guy who claimed everything was going to be sorted immediately 13th december 136437

                            Ok ive now rang D2X twice since and told to same thing (18th Dec and today 22nd Dec) just bear with us??? absolute rubbish service, without a phone for 9 weeks and no result. I cannot believe they even said what do you want us to do... omg just fix my faulty handset would be good but no incompetence and not even a reply from Microsoft either. I'm now sending the details to watchdog and starting a case via Citizens advice and trading standards.

                              It was charging issue in my device and i have submitted to Ahmedabad service centre on 02.11.2016 and I have received it after 20 days on 21.11.2016 but within a 1 days it got the same problem with another issue of camera. So again I have submitted the device on 22.11.2016 and still I am waiting for my device. It was total 45 days now and yet i am not sure, even the service centre employees are not sure when I get my device back. I have done so many phone calls on customer care and visited centre many a times but there is no proper response. Sometimes I feel that I have to forgot my mobile because nothing is happening with my device and no one knows when I will get it.

                                I am very disappointed with your customer support policy.

                                I have purchase lumia 640 xl lte in 09.11.15 some time later i saw some problem in handset then i submit the handset in 26.08.16 (Gurunanak agencies-611_504886, jamshedpur-831001) with jobsheet no.[protected]/160826/002 they have return my handset after 41 days but handset but problem didn't get resolved.

                                Then i submitted handset again to the same service centre on 13.10.2016 with jobsheet no.[protected]/161013/001 but they didn't return my handset is till date.

                                I am also continuously complaining on your customer support no.[protected] / support. B2x.com but still nothing has happen.

                                I am filling harashed after purchasing your company product and very disappointed with your customer support policy.

                                Know i get to know from the service centre that i am getting replacement handset which is lumia 650 against my handset which is lumia 640xl lte for which i am absolutely not interested. This think was informed to me only on telephone by service centre employee.

                                I request you / your organisation to resolve my issue within a week or i have left with no other option to approach to consumer forum.

                                  The phone has auto reboot issses, heating issues and storage issues. shows fake charging. Your office people in here are not helping me. they took my phone thrice and sent to service centers with no positive results. its not an year to the phone yet. out of 11 months since i bought it, i had it with me for only 5 months and the rest being in the store for repair. office people here argue with me and dont register my complain. i demand a new phone as this is a faulty piece.
                                  kindly help. m fed up of no results and no help being provided.

                                    I had purchased NOKIA-130 model on march 12 in this year 2016. After 4 months only was giving problem. One day switch off permanently so i went to minimum 5 nokia cares in the city hyderabad. All Service centres are closed down permanently. There is no service centre in the city. So after requesting the Shopkeeper where i purchased the mobile(NEW CELL CARE) took mobile for replacement and he said you will get new mobile within 7 days. Now it has been 2 months passed i never get any call from that shopkeeper so i went 3-4 time to shop he is saying that there is no stock in the company or dealer. Sometime he is saying NOKIA agian NOKIA now it's not Microsoft. You have to wait. Now now i want microsoft or NOKIA who isresponsible in this matter has to look in this . I want my mobile within 5 days.

                                      I gave our mobile Lumia640XL LTE for service on 15/09/2016, than till date not received our mobile devise, and service center say approximate 15-20 days for repair and when come than i call you.

                                      But, all time limit is cross and today 34 days out, today service centre say
                                      "waiting for SWAP but we don’t have the stock for this Model, once received the stock same will be process and dispatch the same."

                                        Today I have submitted my mobile, they said there is a minor issue just one drop we have to put to resolve it. So I asked, when i will get my hand set. They says 12 to 15 days.

                                        please advise, how we contact or work without Handset for 12 to 15 days.
