I bought the phone in May ... Since then i am facing several issues such as charging, phone restarting, speaker problem and vibrations

So i visited the Microsoft Store where they took my phone for 25 days and gave it back saying that the problem was with the battery - so it has been replaced

The problem persisted so i visited them again - they again took 20 - 25 days and said they have replaced some chips in...

I gave my Lumia 540 for service, after expiry of warranty, before 3 months to Microsoft's authorized service centre at manjeri. Many times I contacted them but they merely informed me to wait for some time. Then I recently contacted them and they informed me that they had not received it's spare parts from Delhi store. So there is no way for service. Actually I lost Rs 9000/ for buying mobile phone with in an year....

This company without testing the software releases updates... I have been facing a lot of problems since I have updated it. Screen goes blank anytime and comes back after battery is taken out. Also I am unable to update applications on windows store.Also since I purchased this product its touch hangs a lot while charging. I went to its service centre but they told me that this is the manufacturing defect in this product....

Hi i've been trying for 6 weeks to get my lumia 950xl fixed under the warranty but unfortunately the b2x side that you use is completely useless and i haven’t been able to get anywhere, i've called 19 times now over the last 6 weeks and been assured each time i will get a call back and this sorted but no never happens i am now very upset as had to purchase a new phone.

I had purchased NOKIA-130 model on march 12 in this year 2016. After 4 months only was giving problem. One day switch off permanently so i went to minimum 5 nokia cares in the city hyderabad.
