Microsoft — Authenicator app

I accidently deleted the authenticator app when on my phone. Since I have been unable to get back onto my college email/Microsoft on my laptop. I cannot compete my work correctly, and I am unable to do it on my laptop which is where all the Microsoft apps are that I need to use.
Even when attempting to get back onto the app, it requests a code from the authenticator app, even thought I am trying to sign back into it. How am I supposed to use a code to get on an app, when the app has the code and I cannot get on it.

And every Time I press 'I cant use the authenticator app right now' it then gives me two options. Both of which you have to use the authenticator app to get. How am I supposed to even do that. It is a stupid mistake, and there is barley any guidance of how to get my account back.
