Microsoft — called up a confirmed pick up five minutes earlier to postpone by half an hour | |||
I had called up dot cabs on feb 10th evening to book a cab service pickup for feb 11th at 8:30 am. At 8:25 am, i get a call from dot cabs saying they are delayed and can send a cab only after half an hour. Neither did they bother to offer alternate services or options. I was to go to office and basically i was stuck. They gave me a complaint number but did not follow through to a resolution. I always thought dot cabs was professional but this was the most unprofessional service. It is not that i had called to book just an hour earlier, i booked the previous evening and they had confirmed the pick up service then! Please note, if we are delayed by even five minutes and keep the driver waiting when they come to pick us up, they charge us extra. And this is what they do. Please ensure that this complaint is taken seriously and dealt with. Was this information helpful? | |||
