Microsoft — Deficiency in service | |||
Dear Sir, I am quite fed-up with the services of Microsoft Company since the purchase of Nokia Lumia 540/IMEI No. [protected] as there was technical defect in the mobile from the day one and it remained in service center for about one month and thereafter again due to technical fault in phone I gave my phone at Chandigarh Care Center on 18.11.2015 and after passing of one month, no response from Nokia Care Center till date. It is very sorry state of affair on the part of company as I purchased the phone in view of good reputation of the company but unfortunately the services are very poor. They are charging for the windows upgrade and they first say yes it can be dine and then they are not sure whether that cab be dine or not.
No control on what they say. They bring disgrace to the customer service. Which notification asks them to charge money from the customer if the set is in warranty.?
