Microsoft — Facing problems in mobile form date of purchase

Dear sir-
My name is Sandeep chhabra i live in indore i purchased lumia 540 on 24/8/2015 from indore .after purchasing it worked ok for 1 month then i started facing problems like sometimes data was not working sometimes internet sharing was not working for that i went to service center and they checked the software and gave back to me this happend like many times. Then after 3 months more problems in mobile occurred like it started showing memory full, hanging issue whatts app not working and every day some new problems started coming then i took help from Microsoft help line they told me to go to service center but they were unable to solve the problem these happened 3 times then help line told me to submit my mobile to service center.
The phone was sent to Microsoft factory for reparing. But after receiving the mobile the next day same problem occurred than after discussing with back in team annu ji
i submitted my mobile again.
The phone was again sent to Microsoft factory for 2nd time. Then after few days i received a swap model form Microsoft it worked ok for 15 days then again same issue occurred like memory showing full, data not working and hanging issues then again i submitted my mobile to service center after discussing with chandan ji
Then again 3rd time mobile was sent to Microsoft for repair after few days i recived repaired mobile same problem occurred after 3 days of receiving then discussion went on from help line and back up team chandan ji was handling my case
Now i have submitted my mobile 4th time 08/09/2016 to service center and they have again sent my mobile to Microsoft factory.i requisted to back up team mr yatindra ji that i don’t want this mobile but they said that we have forwarded your case to regional team after This i called on regular basis to help line but they did not gave any answer and sent my device repaired to me i called help line and they transfeerd my phone to mr shiva and he did not listen and told me to take the repaired device
Now its 5th time after reciving mobile on 28/09/2016 the next day i faced same problem i have deposited my mobile to service center this has been going from last eight months and every 2nd or 3rd day either i am calling help line or going to service center
Now i cannot take it any more i don’t want this mobile i want refund .
