Dear concern, I am very disappointed with your customer support policy. I have purchase lumia 640 xl lte in 09.11.15 some time later i saw some problem in handset then i submit the handset in 26.08.16 (Gurunanak agencies-611_504886, jamshedpur-831001) with jobsheet no.[protected]/160826/002 they have return my handset after 41 days but handset but problem didn't get resolved. Then i submitted handset again to the same service centre on 13.10.2016 with jobsheet no.[protected]/161013/001 but they didn't return my handset is till date. I am also continuously complaining on your customer support no.[protected] / support. B2x.com but still nothing has happen. I am filling harashed after purchasing your company product and very disappointed with your customer support policy. Know i get to know from the service centre that i am getting replacement handset which is lumia 650 against my handset which is lumia 640xl lte for which i am absolutely not interested. This think was informed to me only on telephone by service centre employee. I request you / your organisation to resolve my issue within a week or i have left with no other option to approach to consumer forum. Thanking you!
