I am Neha, currently reside in Rome, Italy.
I bought surface pro4 from India and the next day I flew to Italy. The product was showing malfunctioning since the beginning and I asked for new sealed box piece as the piece is have malfunctioning.i bought the product for 1, 70, 000rupees from reliance digital.As per Microsoft customer guidelines I sent my product to Germany and they sent me a used and repaired product. And again I was asking new sealed box piece from reliance digital, they tell that they have no such policy with Microsoft to give a new piece.
Inspite of spending huge amount on the product I get a used piece and repaired piece and proper response from the retailer and as well as the Microsoft.
The whole year the product was roaming all over and I got delayed with all my projects and works and loss and time waste.
Is this the way the companies respond to a customer?
I was just asking for a new sealed box piece as the product given to me was having malfunction., I am really pissed off of things happening in india.
Please, try to solve the issue and I want a sealed box piece with that dignity and respect.
Spending 1, 70, 000 rupees on the product and got a used and repaired piece.
I do not understand what are these policies up to?
Please try to resolve issue and take action on the retailer and the company.
I want the product immediately, now my product is with my friend in India.
Please kindly take an action, it's been an year there is no proper response and guidance.
I have all the proofs.
