Microsoft — Mobile repair / replacement issue

I bought a Nokia X2 dual sim on 26-May-2015. In Oct-15 I was start getting issues like charging, screen flicking etc.. On 27-Oct-2015, submitted the handset to the Microsoft service center, NRI Communication, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi 24 and get an delivery date of 16-Nov-15. On 16th Nov I got an call from service center that please collect Nokia Lumia 630 as Nokia X2 is non repairable without getting consent from me. As Lumia 630 was a lower handset according to X2 hence i declined to accept. After many follow ups with Service center and call center finally they offer me the Lumia 535 which I accepted. From Last 10 days every time I am calling them they told me that it is in process and will update you once get the update. neither service center nor call center have the answer. I am so harassed and tired to make more follow ups and need your intervention to close this chapter.
