Microsoft — MS Office software password is not working

Dear Sir,

I am working with Government of India, I have been provided with MS office product key in original by my department and the same is activated by them in 2022. I have user name as [protected]@outlook.com however the password was not working and after multiple attempt it has been blocked. I dont have reply to the security questions as the software was activated by my department (who are unable to help now). Therefore, while resetting password, I am repeatedly getting a reply that the information you have provided is not sufficient.

Kindly help me to recover my account.
