Hi, This is to inform you that I purchased a Microsoft Lumia 540 Dual Sim mobile phone in last week of May’15 from a Nokia store located in, Shakarpur, Vikas Marg, Opp. Hira Sweet New Delhi. But unfortunately after 2 Months in Aug, the mobile phone display went off and the device could not be switched on. I went to the Nokia Service Center located at Shakarpur, New Delhi and asked them to get the phone repaired after explaining them the problem, they told to submit my mobile on 12th Sept with the Service Job Sheet, 2135.
The maximum date for time out according to sheet was 12th Oct. I called them several times, on the given number on sheet, without getting any response. Then I contacted the head of service center and was informed that it will take 10 more days. Almost 1 month over.
On 14th Oct, I had called again on the number [protected] provided my service job sheet & got the call back saying for 5 days more. Today after calling 6 times I had conversation with Mr. Amit, service centre no. [protected] & mobile number [protected] given on job sheet is not available. Now [protected] is also not responding and switched off. Mr. Amit told me yesterday, we can't help & would take time. Yesterday, I had send a mail to the CEO of Microsoft. I want to ask, almost 2 month is over.
I am dismayed that there has been no response from the office. Is this the way a professional organization functions. It is highly regretable that a multinational company is not at all concerned about its reputation and good will in the market. The kind of customer satisfaction and after sales service expected is seriously lacking. You cannot imagine the kind of inconvenience and loss of time as well as money I have undergone just due to negligence and incompetency of your service center at Shakarpur, Vikas Marg, Delhi.
I fail to understand the quality and service of your employees at that center. In-spite of my repeated requests they have failed to respond to my grievance.
I am so fed up with the whole episode that I want my money back or else a replacement for my mobile asap. I will appreciate your personal attention to my complaint and help me in sorting out this issue. Thanks and Regards Anjali Singh +91-[protected]
