Microsoft (Nokia) — Regarding the irresponsibility and bad customer support

Sir I got Microsoft Lumia 535 (Dual Sim)on Feb 3, 2015 at around 08:00 P.M. form a shop. The next morning i found my mobile not working, i think just after 10 hours (including my night sleep). So i went to a nokia care for getting a new mobile, unfortunateltly they didn't give a new moile and lodge a complain. As per their rule they were suppposed to give me new mobile but got my mobile as per the warranty. Now it has been more than 15 days and i hear nothing from them. After contacting the nokia care they it will take 20 days more (contacted on 21 st Feb, 2015). So, i request you to please look at my problem since i lost the mobile without getting even 10% flavor of a new mobile.
