Microsoft — Not getting the advertised pay back offer

I bought a microsoft 540 handset on 10-Nov-2015 from the authorized dealer of Microsoft at Kasaragod, Kerala. At the time they offer a pay back of Rs. 3600. For getting that offer they asked me to install the application 'Mobikwik' and transfer an amount of Rs.300. I did it, but yet I did not get any cash back. I made a complaint against this. But they are not taking any steps to solve my issue. Then I registered a complaint on Mobikwik site, but status of that complaint is still pending. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Microsoft customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 15, 2016 Updated by sreelakshmy Now Mobikwik replied me that I am not eligible for getting that offer. They gave me a list of possibilities when a customer become ineligible for the cash back. But I am not coming under any of those categories. I informed them about this. But they didn't give any reply.
