Microsoft — Regarding mobile complaint Yureka Model No. AO5510 | |||
Dear sir/mam I am Shahid Siddiqui. I have purchased Yureca mobile in March 2015 and after 3 months from July 2015 on words I m facing the problems in Yureca like : Auto Restart, Hang Problem, Battery issue, and the major one is Auto Restart of the phone continuously. I have already complained 5-6 time in last 6 months in customer care and have followed all the troubleshooting (instructions) lead by the customer executive to resolve the issue but it remains same. At last I went micromax service center they took my phone and tried to resolve the issue by software Upgrade & Degrade. But the issue is still remains the same.I am providing you some of the request no among the 6 requests. Reference Ticket id is: 1444783, 1578777, 2093607. I m attaching the job sheet given by the service center as well as the bill of my mobile. Now I am fad up. My experience is very bad. I request to you please take back my phone and give back my money or replace my device with new one. My work is hampering and I am facing the problem in my work as I have to attend the calls of the clients. So please I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter.
