Microsoft — Return lumia 950 xl under warranty

Hi i've been trying for 6 weeks to get my lumia 950xl fixed under the warranty but unfortunately the b2x side that you use is completely useless and i haven’t been able to get anywhere, i've called 19 times now over the last 6 weeks and been assured each time i will get a call back and this sorted but no never happens i am now very upset as had to purchase a new phone.
The fault with handset is charging as keeps saying check usb and don't charge (Bought other charger incase)
I've been given a case no by the last guy who claimed everything was going to be sorted immediately 13th december 136437

Updated by Alex Algar Ok ive now rang D2X twice since and told to same thing (18th Dec and today 22nd Dec) just bear with us??? absolute rubbish service, without a phone for 9 weeks and no result. I cannot believe they even said what do you want us to do... omg just fix my faulty handset would be good but no incompetence and not even a reply from Microsoft either. I'm now sending the details to watchdog and starting a case via Citizens advice and trading standards.
