Microsoft — Unable to login

I am trying from the past 2 days to get my Microsoft office to get activated and I have used multiple times to create a microsoft account with my emails and tried multiple emails and still I could not able to login and I am getting too many requests error and Error 0x8007003B from our end
I have also contacted the HP support team and they have also tried to login and unable to login because of the error. Please rectify the error and lodge this complaint.
