Microsoft — Unable to Redeem 3-Month Xbox Ultimate Game Pass Payment Method Error

I received a 3-month Xbox Ultimate Game Pass with my laptop. However, when I tried to redeem it, the site asked me to add a payment method. Whenever I try to add my payment details, I get an error (as shown in the screenshots).

It’s been 5 days, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Every time I contact customer support, I’m told that some team is working on it and that I’ll receive an email once it’s fixed — but I haven’t received any update yet.

I was also told that my account was somehow blocked after my first attempt to add a payment method, which I don’t understand since it never worked in the first place.

I’m really tired of waiting. If you can’t resolve the issue, please just add the Xbox Game Pass directly to my account (linked to my email ID).
