I purchased this mobile on Mar-2015 . In between these 7 months my mobile got served by Care for 6 times ohhh with a same issue repeatedly . The network was always very poor, The same complaint was register to Microsoft Care each time and they took 2-3 day, sometimes 15-20 days . But No result at all . As We all know what brand MICROSOFT is !!! I have raised complaint to Microsoft with following complaint number – [protected], [protected], [protected] . I was not at all ready to re-submit the device at all this time . But I got call from Microsoft to re-submit the device again, SO that they can verify the issue . I demand for an alternative device (Backup), But Care person clearly dined . My clear vision This time I am not going to take the old device at all . I want a replacement one only . Dear Sir / Madam, I am trying to follow up to Microsoft with[protected], 3737 ) many times and they are giving many complaint no . But there was No result at the end . Each time of my call they are telling that they will arrange call to me from there back end . But I have not received any call from Microsoft . I have a loss of around, 000 due to these UN-professional, My hearty request to take it on Priority and take action against Microsoft .
