I purchased acer computer in aug 2015, which came with pre-loaded with windows 8.1. Of late a message 'your license will expire soon' started appearing on the screen after more than three years o[censored]se with no change in the hardware or software environment of computer. Date of expiry in message happens to be today. I contacted windows support a number of times for activation team in last few days. Mostly with great difficulty they could be contacted. Once contacted and provided with product key, their attempt to activate windows failed. One executive intimated it was a volume license and technical support team would resolve the issue. It was followed by your customer service executive trying to connect me to the technical support team, but repeated attempts have never succeeded. The entire exercise over a period of so many days has been frustrating. One never expected such a lackadaisical customer support from a company like microsoft, wherein one has so far kept holding the line and at the end being intimated that office hours had closed and to contact on next day. I hope their is some method in providing genuine customer support and would look forward to the same being extended to me. My mobile number is [protected] and email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Approx 300 windows licences & 400 office licences are illigally used by HSIL Ltd in all over manufacturing location, offices & moving staff.

I am unable to unistall chromium from my laptop .it was also installed without my general knowledge
