Microsoft Windows Phone Lumia 540 — Very worst experience in microsoft windows phone customer care / service center

Dear Friend,
Good Afternoon. My issue number is [protected] raised on 20/10/2015.
Till now not yet received any acceptable solution from Microsoft side.
It is really not treatable experience with Microsoft / nokia. I had so much depression.

I was very happy when I brought new windows phone (Lumia 540) from Microsoft / nokia brand.

For environment concern and professional use, I choose Nokia / Microsoft phone, But that happiness not at all stands more than one day.

I purchased Microsoft Lumia 540 on 14/10/2015. Next day I just enabled 3G data and used, after completion of 15 to 20 min's phone was getting heat in top side. Immediate next day visited to Microsoft / Nokia care [Rocky Agency - Chennai, Tamilnadu]. I submitted my mobile to service department, after 40 min's I got my mobile from engineer. He said that, this is normal issue. I told, I am not able to tolerate the heat when I am speaking. He is not yet accepting and not concerns my queries then I came out from nokia / Microsoft care. If it is acceptable heat, why should I take my mobile to Microsoft / nokia care on second day itself?

After two days again I faced same issue and I contact Microsoft customer care through mobile phone. As per the customer care instruction, I went to same service centre [Rocky Agency - Chennai, Tamilnadu] and I submitted my mobile and I received JOB sheet. The Job sheet number is[protected]/151022/007. After received I had so many conversation to Microsoft / nokia customer care peoples. From Microsoft customer care also not yet provided proper solution. From 22/10/2015 onwards daily I am calling to microsoft customer care till now I didn’t receive any call or solution from microsoft care side except on 23/10/ 2015. Here with i have enclosed conversation details for your reference.

I spent ten thousand rupees to purchase the Microsoft mobile Lumia 540. This is one third of my salary. For spending this amount I have to work 10 days. Why should I spend my money for repaired mobile? I need replacement or de-os certificate. I am not at all used more than one day, so I need right justice. If provided de-os certificate, the dealer told me they will provide a new Microsoft Lumia 540 mobile. Because of Microsoft activities I had very much depression. I am not able to concentrate my work and my daily activities.

In a position, unable to provide a replacement or satisfied solution from Microsoft side, I will return my mobile to Microsoft at free of cost. I spent 11 days for getting solution, till now not yet received any proper solution. Kindly provide a solution by today itself.
