I have purchased Microtex Battery from Varanasi for our personal home use. Now I have been transffered to Kolkata. My Battery is not working and battery is within warranty period. I have done various communication with MICROTEX company but they are not give any satisfactory reply. Please help me in this regard. All communication is below mentioned.

I brought a Microtek Line Interactive UPS Double Power (MDP800+) on May 20, 2009. For 10 months it worked fine and one day suddenly it shut down my PC when the power was down. It happens multiple instances. Then I called the customer care for checkup as it is under on-site warranty .

I got the reply from them by checking the serial number that they told it was manufactured on August 2008 and I have purchased in May 2009...

i have purchased a microtek ups (model no:HGE600AZ) in feb 2008 but from last two months ups is not giving a backup of even 1 sec. when i have called microtek helpline centre than they told me that the warranty of your ups battery is expired (1 year warranty of battery) so we will charge you 650 rs and not even we will come to your door step. they told me that the warranty o[censored]ps is 2 yrs but for battery its 1 yr .
