I Upendra goswami has been called haryana batteries the registered servicing centre of microtek inverters & batteries in morning time on[protected]. Every body knows about the existance of electricity in haryana specially in haryana . In this summer time there is too much temperature to be lived without fan . now the time is 7: 11 of[protected] the person we have called is not yet came to sort out our problem . i have called at 7 pm the person attended the call & said that their men comes within 1 our if their men will not came then we will suffer this night in the temperature as the last night.

      Microtek Inverters — Vender no provide service

      Dear sir
      I bought microtek inverter in april'07 but it not working properly. Two or three time i repair it. It is in warranty period. From three month ago nov '08, I send it to vendor for repiaring. Still now i did not got it.

      Neither vendor rectify it nor return to me.

      It is my second complain but no one reply to me.

      Please help me.

      Microtek Inverter — Invertor not functioning properly

      This is regarding the complaint we raised with Microtek invertors co., on 21st of May, 09 and the complaint no. is 30392. The co. is not bothered to attend the same and everytime we call up in the office we get a revertal the engineer is on his way to attend our complaint but till date no engineer has visited my house.

      The invertor is not functioning properly and even if the light des not go it is getting tripped again and agin when ever we turn on the ac.

      It is very embarrsing for me especially in front of guests to again and again go on the 2nd floor to turn the invertor on & off whenever i turn on my ac. and for the last 7 days i'm not abe to us e the ac.

      the co.'s response to my complaint makes me more irritating and helpless.

      i am very disappointed with the customer services by microtek service center they are not picking the phone and the person mr. vivek jain saying that he's not responsible for the faulty inverter and not transfering the call to any other responsible customer please help me what should i do to get my inverted done

      Microtek Inverter — not service

      hi, my name is vijay i had bought microtek inverter(mdp800+ sl no 8jumnb33487) double power in Bangalore last year. it suddenly stopped working. i called up microtek Bangalore service center ([protected]). the booked my compliant and gave a docket no (ups[protected]). till today no one has even turned up to check whats wrong with it. i do call daily to the service center, the give me a standard reply, if i call in the morning the say the will send some one by evening. if call in the evening thy reply the will send some one in the morning. i filed my compliant on November 2nd and till today i had been calling them. today when i called them they told me they have other important parties and since mine is a home UPS it was not that important.

      We purchase microtek inverter in August'07 working well. But yesterday suddenly my inverter was not working and my inverter showing battery low that is problem. and my tube lights and fans are connected with inverter. Please send your mechanic in my below address:

        i would like to inform you about the disgusting customer service they have and my experience with them when their 800VA ups burnt and the whole computer got burnt, their representative asked me to go to hell, and said it was a short circuit in the house.
        i got 3 technician to check the circuits and none of then found anything faulty.
        if you do not want your home to burn down or your computers to burn down, never buy microtech ups,

              hello sir
              i give my microtec inverter to the B.R.Marketing owner is Bipinbhai, Sayajigunj in baroda because its not working .
              i give them at 10 days ago.
              they dont reply me anything about 7 days.
              when i am calling then they say that we give you estimate
              another day i second time say him then they give me estimate and say me that i give you tomorrow.
              Yet they dont give me my inverter or no reply.
              this is very bed service.
              I think second time i never take this company inverter and not to suggest any one.
              Now i will take my inverter at without reparing and give to another one.

                Sir I am using your inverter since last three years but its really very bitter experiance of after sale service from the local dealer.Last fifteen days i am having problem with the said machine first of all it is not getting charged properly and secondly alarm is not getting switched off .,since last two days we are in dark because as soon as we are switching on the inverter alarm gets on.Your dealers men is on the way since last four days but could not reach the destination(our Home).
                Hence your personnel intervention is requested and hope to get an early reply otherwise i will be force to take matter in legal/media.This area is NAGDA JN. Distt. Ujjain ( MadhyaPradesh).

                  Recently bought, microtek ups just few days back on 10.5.10 (Sl.No. 10BUSNB23174) and it is giving me trouble. It trips whenever it wishes so and am suffered huge loss of data on my computer and some parts got replaced too.


                  And what a luck, your delhi service centre nos. show busy status for the whole day and if by any chance, any no.got connected than no one answer the call even after 12-15 ring bells.

                  Hope, Microtek knows how to serve its customer better.

                    Please refer trailing mail and tell me how and why will I send the battery to Varanasi.
                    I have purchased battery from Varanasi and that time I am posted at Varanasi. Now I have been transferred to Kolkata. As per your warranty card you have mentioned warranty period is applied for all over India. Your service engineer is here and he said battery is out of order and it should be replaced. If I have send battery to Varanasi, courier charge is (sent and brought battery) more than battery cost. You tell me who is bear that cost.

                    You are once again requested to change my battery at Kolkata otherwise we will go to consumer forrum for my right.

                      I brought a Microtek Line Interactive UPS Double Power (MDP800+) on May 20, 2009. For 10 months it worked fine and one day suddenly it shut down my PC when the power was down. It happens multiple instances. Then I called the customer care for checkup as it is under on-site warranty .

                      I got the reply from them by checking the serial number that they told it was manufactured on August 2008 and I have purchased in May 2009 so the warranty doesn’t cover the Battery and they don’t want to replace the Battery. Even they don’t bother to come and check what was wrong in the UPS even though it is under on-site warranty.

                      The Quality of the product is very poor. If it work works otherwise your money is a waste investment on this company products. Even if you write a mail to their head office at Delhi (Email :[protected]@microtekdirect.com , Mobile : [protected]) nobody cares you. You don’t get reply.

                        I brought a Microtek Line Interactive UPS 2Battery DoublePower+ (MDP800+) on February 13, 2009. For 10 months, it worked fine slowly degrading performance and backup time. Then when it was time to replace the battery, I was not provided with any replacement under warranty, even when I returned the product to the dealer before expiration of warranty. I had to buy a battery myself. Even after changing the battery with a Excide battery, the UPS is not working...It is just shutting down automatically after a power cut. Mind it, its still under warranty... :(

                        I have checked the batteries when it was installed, the batteries were fine.. I even emailed to Microtek Direct UPS support and the head quarter, they didn't even bother to reply me once... This is simply the worst company that makes huge promises when selling their product but don't give any warranty and support. I'LL NOT BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM...

                          I bought a Microtek 600VA UPS ( Sl No 7DUPNX59549) from COMPUTER WORLD, at 27/182 Gita Market, G.T. Road, Asansol, Pin- 713301, West Bengal, but it hardly worked for one month. Thereafter hearing my complaint the retailer asked me to return the product for sending the same to the manufacturer and accordingly I handed over the same at his above noted shop. But after several visits and requests the Retailer i.e. COMPUTER WORLD gave me one used Microtek UPS after eight months which also I found unserviceable after installation and as I had no time for fighting with the dealer, I just bought one Exide Battery and using the used UPS. Now will Microtek authority look after its Retailers ? Otherwise, I will try my best to aware my friends before buying any UPS and will suggest for APC one.

Now it is not providing any backup. as soon as the power goes it beeps continuously and within no time the pc is switched off.                                 i have purchased a microtek ups (model no:HGE600AZ) in feb 2008 but from last two months ups is not giving a backup of even 1 sec. when i have called microtek helpline centre than they told me that the warranty of your ups battery is expired (1 year warranty of battery) so we will charge you 650 rs and not even we will come to your door step. they told me that the warranty o[censored]ps is 2 yrs but for battery its 1 yr .
                                how it can be baterry is the main part o[censored]ps and how come they will divide warranty into two parts.

                                  I bought a Microtek Dual Battery UPS about a year back and the UPS stopped working since October, 2009. Hence I logged a complaint to Microtek Service Center on the 4th of November, 2009. Till today I have not received any service from them. At first I asked them to kindly send the service engineer on Saturday, since I would be available only on Saturday and Sunday. But he never turned up. Then I called them again and again several times, but they repeatedly promised to send the engineer on the same day, but that never happened. On top of that, every time we call them up, they are mentioning that your warranty is over Sir, though actually it was not the case. Once we asked them to check on that, they used to say, "Sorry Sir, the warranty is valid till November, December onwards the warranty is not there". It has been an extreme harrassment for me. I even wrote a complaint mail to their Head Office in Delhi, but nothing happened. I logged a complaint with www.core.nic.in but to my surprise, they have updated the ticket status as resolved, though nothing has been done on the ticket at all. I have doubt in the Consumer Complaint website now as well. My complaint number in CCore is 6546/2/2009. I would strongly suggest to everybody PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING ANY MICROTEK PRODUCT. Because service is not available at all, though the company promises one or two years of warranty. The company is very good at breaking promises.

As I had reported earlier that I made so many visits to the Dealer Superdot Computers, Your Distributor from Jalandhar to whom I visited today also and the concerned Service engineer of your distributor did not listen to my pleadings.

                                      Your service Engineer from Ludhiana said me that today the Service Engineer will report to your site and confirmed till how much time you are available in the office. In the reply I told that I shall be waiting for your in my office till 9 P.M. and he confirmed me that the Service Engineer will visit today definitely to get the job done.

                                      As I was sure that your company don't take service matter seriously. AS I HAD WIPRO E-MERGE UPS 600 VA, the UPS manufactured about ten years back. I got E-P 7-12 EXIDE POWERSAFE BATTERY INSTALLED IN REPLACEMENT OF THE OLD BATTERY OF WIPRO THAT WORKED MORE THAN SEVEN YEARS AND UPS IS STILL WORKING AND TAKEN THE SIGH OF RELIEF. THE SAID OLD UPS NO. 4H6AA133132 IS TEN YEARS OLD AND EFFICIENTLY WORKING AND HAVING NO TROUBLE IN MY SYSTEM.

                                      Your distributor, dealer and Service Engineers keep on be fooling the customers. May God bless you all and you keep on dodging the customers and keep on making excuses that your battery is out of warranty, your UPS is out of warranty.

                                      YOUR MICROTEK UPS HAS BEEN PLACED FOR THE QUERIES OF CUSTOMERS AT OUR ESTABLISHMENT. AND NOW I KEEP ON PRAISING THE AFTER SALES SERVICE OF MICROTEK TO THE CUSTOMERS AND MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND THE CREDIBILITY OF THE PRODUCTS MICROTEK AND WIPRO.

                                      ANY BODY WANT TO CHECK THE EFFICIENCY OF WIPRO TEN YEARS OLD MODEL AND MICROTEK LAST YEAR MODEL. THE AFTER SALES SERVICE PROVISION OF BOTH THE COMPANIES. THEN I HOPE THAT HE/SHE CAN DECIDE QUICKLY THAT WHICH PRODUCT SHOULD BE PURCHASED.
                                      CUSTOMER CARE OF MICROTEK IS AWFUL. PAY MONEY AND FORGET TO GET GOOD PRODUCT AND AFTER SALES SERVICE. MICROTEK KEEP ON SPENDING MONEY ON ADVERTISEMENTS. IT IS NICE THAT YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT THE QUALITY AND THE CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION. KEEP ON CHARGING THIS WAY OR THAT WAY. DON'T PROVIDE QUALITY PRODUCT AND AFTER SALES SERVICE. KEEP ON MISBEHAVING WITH THE CUSTOMERS AND MAKE EXCUSES LIKE YOUR PHASE MIGHT BE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF SUPPLY AND SO ON. THERE IS NO NEED TO PROVIDE SERVICE BUT THE SERVICE ENGINEERS SHOULD BE EFFICIENT TO BEFOOL THE CUSTOMERS. NO NEED TO ATTEND TO THE CUSTOMERS' COMPLAINT.

                                      I =urchased Microtek 600 Heritage+ UPS from Superdot computers, Milap Chowk, Jalandhar. But is is not working properly. I took the said UPS to the concerned dealer.

                                      I =ontacted the dealer M/s. Superdot Computers, Jalandhar, Service Station of Microtek on Shastri Market, The Customer Care Service Station No.[protected] and[protected] had been informed several times. The Customer =are executive put baseless questions. The executive officer says =ubmit the Purchase invoice then only your complaint will be entertained. Sir, Kindly go through Consumer Protection Act, 1986’s amended 2002 and then argue on the baseless points.

                                      It is no where mentioned in the consumer protection Act, 1986 that the customer has to submit the Purchase invoice. The Micortek Ups is giving problem since the date of purchase but the company is not cooperating. It has no back up. When power goes the system shut down. The dealer, the service engineers and the officials don’t cooperate. I got it charged for 7 days continuously even then UPS don’t work.


                                      On my visit to M/S. Superdot Computers, Jalandhar. The concerned person don’t take trouble to check the UPS even. Then I contacted the Service Engineer suggested by him. He told that the UPS is within warrantee and it is the dealer and the company who is dozing you. Then Microsoft Service engineer at Jalndhar checked it and said the UPS and the battery is O.K. If it is o.k then when don’t it give back up. Very strange arguments of Microtek Service providers.

                                      sir, your microtek inveter model 1550e2 which instal two months befor in my hospital gives
                                      output -280 volt, when curent is avalible or not, there is not any option like inveter mode or ups
                                      mode your inginer in bhubaneswar said that it will not hamper to your mechine.but the biomedic
                                      enginer who supplied the mechine like refracto meter and carato meter said that it will hamper the
                                      highly sophisticated mechine and allso reduce the life period of microscopes ball and slit lamps
                                      ball.suggest me whether there is any ulternative or not.

                                      i used microtek invertor model no 81GANB39706 it often does not work properly. i made two times complaint about it to you still so far that complaint not made corectly it delay system does not work properly. often itworks repaired. it show warning sound early and when invertor shows warning sound after supply comes it shows battery fully charged then again power supply gone and come it works again pl rectify it early otherwise it made me lodge complaint againt company. thanking you

                                      Sir, My self Ashwani Sharma manager of the New Convent Model Secondary School, at Tukhmir Pur. On July 18th 2010, (Sunday), I and my friend Mr. Neeraj Goel approached one of your company’s authorised dealer “MAHARAJA ELECTRONICS” at Khajoori Redlight crossing run by Mr. Sunpedia to buy an online UPS for a newly established computer lab in my school. Mr. Sunpedia told me about one of your product i.e. Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS and told me that the product would suit to my requirement. On his recommendation I believed the product and Paid Rs.26000/= for Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS, Two Microtek Batteries, a trolly and installation charges at his shop. He told me that the above products and receipt of the product would reach to my school by 3:30PM as serial no. of the product was not available at that time and send with me his electrician for wiring. At 4:00PM he send to my school only Two Microtek Batteries, a Trolly only and NO RECIEPT of Rs.26000/=. When I asked him about the Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS and Reciept he told me that that the product is short and would reach to me within 3 to 4 days along with receipt containing serial No. and send me a substitute UPS of LUMINOUS 1400VA. But till one week I did not receive my UPS. Next week on 25th July, 2010 I again approached his shop and asked about my Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS, he told me that the UPS is still not available with him and as soon as he would get the product from the company he would supply to me and asked me to wait for another week. I waited for another week. Again I approached Mr. Sunpedia for My Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS but he did not give me my product and not even the receipt of Rs.26000/= which I paid him for for Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS, Two Microtek Batteries, a trolly and installation charges. On the contrary he send me the DEMO Version of Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS, which I did not accept as I did not pay for DEMO Version. Then he offered me to keep the substitute UPS of “ LUMINOUS” which he installed earlier and settle the matter. Then he gave a mobile no. of Mr. Rakesh claiming that he is marketing head of that area, when I talked to him he also gave me the same offer of to keep the substitute UPS of LUMINOUS company. I surprised to hear that and did not accept their offer. Then he asked me to wait for another week and till date I did not get my Microtek UPS for which I paid money to him and not even the receipt of my payment.
                                      Sir, Microtek claims to be the No 1 company in this sector and I am quite surprised to see that the person who has your company’s dealership is practicing such things which is harming the company’s brand image. He supplied me LUMINOUS and charged for Microtek 24x7 1600VA sinewave UPS.
                                      Sir, I am grieved customer and believe that Microtek would listen to my grievance and take strict action against your Authorised Dealer “ MAHARAJA ELECRONIC” at Khajoori Red Light crossing which is harming your brand image. I expect from Microtek company either supply the UPS for which I paid the money or ask your dealer to return my money. I hope Microtek would not let me to go to print or electronic media or to Consumer Forum as I have given my hard earned money.
                                      Expecting an immediate action from your company’s auhorities as more than one month has been passed.

                                      i purchased a microtek UPS on 8th May 2011,model no UPSSSEBz850 from park motors green park,new delhi,s.no.10GGWNB96823.this ups no working i contact to the dealer he suggest me to complain in customer care i contact on 17/5/11 at 9am,complain No,14239.no body visit our home till date please see this matter .

                                        i want to know about my down list in membership
                                        my complaint no is 22536. I complaint on 03 july 10, but replies was unsatisfactory. my inverter is 800VA, shine wave, purchased 3yrs earlier on may 2007. I Think no will puchase this inverter due to very-2 poor service.
