Dear sir,
I had purchased a Microtek UPS Model MDE800AYV1.0 Srl. no. 7FULEX150163 on 29/08/2007 from dealer M/s GANESHAS INFOTECH,Deoghar,Jharkhand vide cash memo no.957 dated 29/08/2007 with waranty card for Two Years Warranty on UPS and Battery. On 11th of June 2009 my above UPS stopped giving back up. Then I approached the said dealer with warranty card and Bill to get it replaced but he refused. Then I delivered the said UPS to another Distributor M/s GARG ENTERPRISES, Deoghar,Jharkhand for the replacement alongwith the Cash memo and Waranty card on 15th of June 2009.He delivered me my UPS on 22/07/2009 and charged Rs.1100/- being cost of two batteris for the same which I paid, as my work was suffering without UPS. When I asked them for the same they told that your Service Engineer rejected the replacement. I was really very much surprised and wanted to contact their Service Engineer Mr. Chunnu on his mobile no.[protected] and also to the service center at Deoghar but could not succeed.When I asked their Dealer I was told that He was out of station. Just look how I am being harassed by their Dealers and Service Engineer at Deoghar. Being very much aggrieved I complained the HO regarding the same.
But I am really very much surprised with their negligency for the above as even they did not reply for my repeated reminders for the same.
Therefore I request you to please look into the matter very seriously and make them replace the battery at the earliest.

Microtek — Replacement of ups

I have Purchase one 600VA, Microtek UPS in 15th December 2009 and Now it is Dead after Sparking in UPS.
On 21st of october I bought a new Galaxy 5 to harness the 3G features and so discarded my 3 years old HTC touch. The surprises started from day two when on Standby 3G mode I found phone switched off in just 11 hours instead of quoted 15.65 days. I re-checked with all optimizations like full charging in switched off mode, no background tasks (killed though task manager), no Bluetooth, no WI-Fi, no GPS then it extended to 16 hrs. Called up MTNL to setup best 3G settings and hooked myself to Samsung Mobile Tech Support whole day to find out any alternatives with Tags as [protected], [protected] etc. Lot of time wastage in waitings, disconnections and call backs does not require mentioning. Next day evening visited Ashok Vihar Service Centre got my battery checked (found in good health)and was advised to Nehru place head office as I refused to allow them opening up the 4 days old handset. Next day another day off from office to visit Nehru Place Servic! e Center and they conclud! ! ed battery is faulty which will take a day or two for them to procure and next visit might work out (Job No - WA[protected]). Somehow managed another battery from my friends same set and it also fetched same results and now im sure that there is no problem. No way would it increase standby time from 18 hrs to 375 hrs. How bad the signal and other X reasons would be, the specifications cannot go so wrong. Even if 3g stanby could be one day it could served my purpose but how the performance is just 4% of the SAMSUNG specifications? NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE.
I was about to recommend the handset to all in my office with crush on only value for money and fast Android set in market. But now I am all otherwise, I have taken two days off to resolve the issue which is not an issue actually but just the wrong technical specification disclosure on part of company. I don’t mind to spend 3k more to buy Galaxy3 instead with 1500 mAh battery which might have covered my whole day but due to wrong information disclosure now the box is crap to me. The smart phones has got huge potential in market but I would try this weekend to update all perspective smart users about the realities though all social means and blogs….. It’s been 6 days only and im really pissed off with this. I would share the video, screen shots of all with relevant proofs on blogs soon.
Never expected such blunder from Brand like Samsung which is trusted from years and I had everything from it viz. LCD, AC etc...
Dear Sir,
The warranty terms of Microtek UPS were and are as follows:
Battery: 1 year warranty
Other Parts: 2 year warranty

The above warranty terms are also mentioned on warranty cards.
So in your case the warranty on batteries expired on 28/08/2008.
Dealer was right to charge for battery replacement.

    My son has purchased a 600VA microtek UPS from Vir Savarkar Block, Shakarpur, Laxminagar, past six month. But the UPS do not shut down when electrictiy goes. Beeps contineously till it manualy no swithch off. It is under warantee period for two years. My address is Sector 4A/1155, Vasundhara, (near Mewar Institute), Ghaziabad (UP)-201012.

      Hi

      I am Customer of Microtek 3 KVA Online UPS

      I had bus UPS last Year 2008 from SWM Power System, New Delhi.
      Now I am facing some problem with Charging Card. I have done sevice from SWM Power system and change Charging chard from UPS and also one card is missing from UPS. and charging RS 7000.00

      When I called Microtek Engg. directly from MicroTek then I know the truth.

      Plz tel what to do?

          Pl.note that since 04.08.2009 my ups model no.600 UPSEB s.NO. 7LGANX 38635 has not giving the
          output and hence no electricity. I made the phone on 25479982 to 86 but nobody pickup the phone.
          pl.note the complaint and do the needful at earliest. I have purchased the ups on dt.25.04.2008 from

            I have bought a microtek ups which is still under guarantee so i have registered a complaint against it 2 month back. But still there is no action taken against it so i called their customer support again and again everytime they tell me my complain will be heard within 2 days but it never happens also they start giving me excuses that someone (who doesn't have any existence ) refused them to attend my ups also believe me their customer care executive are worst mannered in whole of the world. They start abusing, don't have any manners how to talk to a customer. My experience had made me understand that i have done the worst mistake by buying microtek product and i will not repeat that mistake again and i should suggest everyone else to do the same as microtek india provides micro after -sale service

              Hi, i am looking for complaint forum for microtek inverter which i have bought approx one month before and conntinously facing problem with that. i have put my complaint thrice to complaint no[protected] and the latest one 33056. last time one tecnician comes and didnt touch anything explaining that it is outdated and out of waaranty period. i also have bill . if some body can help me then please tell me the way how can i get rid of problem.somehow it causes some negative feedback for such a reputed company

              hey thx a lot man i was looking for to take a inverter. My friend very recently bought the same company inverter i was also planning to take the same but after looking at the complaints i drop taking microtek inverter. even if i hava no power ill manage but faulty and no service product people will never take.
              Once again thank you very much and as far as your problem my friend i[censored] have purchased any product and if it is in warranty and no service is provided then u have consumer courts. submit ur appeal there and specify the complaints given by ur complaint numbers. further the court will take care of the company(i mean they will do the needfull) by making it replaced with a new one or working one and also will help u get some % of money from the company side.

              Please do use your rights.

                  Dear sir

                  I (J.S.Rawat [protected]) bought microtek inverter from supplier, but it is not working properly. I send my inverter to supplier for repairing in Nov'08, but he was not rectified . Still now I not got my inverter rectified. Neither he rectify nor return to me.

                  I shall be highly obleged to you, if you can help me. It it my fifth complain, but I not get any positive response.

                    I ( Jitendra singh rawat mobile no.[protected] )bought Microtek inverter April'2007 it is in warranty period .
                    In november 2008 my inverter stop working, I send it to my vendor from where i purchase it. Still now i did not recieve my inverter rectified. Neither vendor return my inverter nor rectify. Vendor : M/S Krishna Electronice, Gajraula, J.P.Nagar U.P.Mb no. [protected].

                    I had purchased one 1400VA Microtek Digital Inverter in the month of April 2009.
                    Since then I am not atall satisfied with the performance of the inverter. Service people are coming and returning without making rectification.

                      My company had provided me Reliance Mobile Phone bearing [protected](Chennai no) this is post paid connection.

                      Presently i am on official tour to Eastern Region Kolkata and other places, on 20.01.09 I have lost the mobile phone when i was in Kolkata during travel in a taxi or bus this is for your information.

                              I have purchased UPSEB600 in 2009 for a past year i have no complaint with your micro tech upseb600 s.no-8JGANB63540 purchased by your dealer MALAR electricals, mayiladuthurai-609001, Tamilnadu.i have the problem with ups is not working properly.I conduct the dealer to repair the instrument they just visit and informed me to charge the battery i did it the problem is not recovered until now.Again and again i call ur representative to solve the problem they are simply saying will come .I want to know that they will come after the expiry of the guarantee time?? .Better you guide your agent to replace new instead of attending the problem .I need the problem should be solved any have.i am compel to complain this to you do the needful shortly .

                                HELLO SIR ... I M HAVE PURCHASED UR MICROTEK INVERTER 2.5 FROM A DEALER O[censored]RS COMPANY ( SHREECOM ENTERPRIZE, ICHALKARANJI ) DATED. ON 29.04.2008 . MY INVERTERS CARD GOT BLOW BECAUSE OF SOME REASON AND WHEN CONTACTED IT WAS SAID THERE IS SOME PROBLEM WITH THE CARD AND IT NEED TO BE REPLACED, AS IT WAS IN WARRENTY I GOT IT REPLACED AFTER 20 DAYS. AFTER I GOT IT REPLACED, AND WHEN LIGHTS WENT OFF, , THE INVERTER WAS SHOWING " FUSE BLOWN " SIGNAL, WHEN CONTACTED UR DEALER HE SAID THERE MUST BE SOME EARTHING PROBLEM, I GOT MY WIREMAN AND AFTER ALL THE CHECK HE SAID EVERTHING IS FINE AT OUR END IN REGARD TO EARTHING. I CONTACTED AGAIN TO UR DEALER HE SAID THERE MUST BE SOME PROBLEM WITH THE INVERTER. BUT HE DIDNT TURN UP. I CALLED UP UR ENGINNER. HE SAID CHANGE THE FUSE IT WILL BE FINE, I CHANGED THE FUSE, AND IT AGAIN GOT FUSSED AND I CALLED UP AGAIN. AFTER 4 DAYS HE CAME AND CHECKED AND SAID EVERYTHING IS FINE. EVEN TILL TODAY WHEN THE LIGHT WENT OF[censored]R INVERTER SHOWED " FUSE BLOWN SIGN " AND WHEN I CONTACTED UR DEALER HE SAID THERE IS POWER SUPPLED AFTER THE LIGHT HAS GONE, THEN ITS FINE. TODAY AFTER LIGHTS WENT OFF THERE WAS A SOUND FROM INVERTER AND INVERTER WENT OFF. UR ENGINNER CAME AND SAID ITS CARD IS GONE, AND OVER ALL IT WOULD COST 4500 RS. FOR ALL THE REPAIRS.. SO WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME... UR DEALER IS CARELESS. I NEED TO CALL UP AROUND 15 TIMES THEN HE TURNS UP., U DONT HAVE ANY LOCAL ENGINNER O[censored]R COMPANY, HE COMES UP ONCE IN 3-4 DAY.

                                SO NOW WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT REPAIR COST BECAUSE OF NEGLIGENCE O[censored]R DEALER AND ENGINNER.

                                  We had renewewe our service contact after the purchase of the invertor.
                                  The invertor conked off, on eday. On complaining the ticket was issued, but no commitment was given for the date and time of visit for the engineer.
                                  Complaint date : 10th April 2008 at 9:00 AM
                                  The engineer visisted at his leasire time, at 5:30 pm just to say that the problem is with the house wiring not with invertor. (Get the wiring checked). He also said once the same is fixed give me a call and not the company; hence left his mobile no. No document was been presented to us, for the visit.
                                  No fault was found with the wiring; on the ciustomer care it was found the call was closed stating the fault was in the battery invertor is fine, which is not correct as the invertor was never checked.
                                  The complaint was re-opened and the same engineer re-assigned, we are still waiting for the engineer to wake up from his dreams and come.
                                  It is 12th April 2008, 8:30 pm. We still dont know will the problem be rectified.
                                  Would the engineer overcharge us for the no workdone. It seems both the co and engineer are playing games with the customers. As similar complaints have been reported against the co, but it seems no action has been taken.

                                  i also faced this problem, actually what happend.i purchased Microtek invertor ups eb 850 on that time shopkeeper told me for installation you have to call to the service centre. so i called to microtek service centre.but the person who attended my call, told me that invertor installation is not the job of service centre. its a job of electrician.

                                      I have purchased a Microtek Sine Wave Inverter a year back.
                                      It is giving me trouble within a couple of months .My computer reboots (restarts) when lights go off instead of picking up on inverter.
                                      I complained to the dealer from whom I had taken .He only helped me by replacing the batteries.But my problem remains the same .He is not able to understand find a solution to it.

                                      Kindly provide a service personnel who can advise me what should I do in this situation.
