I have purchased one microtek invertor from universal store. 55, arobinda road, naihati, 24 pargans (North), west bengal, e-mail : [protected]@yahoo.com.
Vied invoice no 4258, dt. 24/03/2019.

Model no. Ups sw e2+ 1115 microtek. Sl. No. 18geohgbf102111.

Since yesterday (01/02/2020) night suddenly no output coming from invertor.

I therefore request you kindly depute your technician at my house to repair the faulty ups and also find out cause of premature failure.
