I have purchased reseller plan in milesweb on 2018, till jan 2020 service was fine. Suddenly on feb 03'2020 all of my files nearly 70gb files got vanished. I asked to the support team via chat, they said file system got crashed so all data were gone and we are trying to recover it. Its been 10 days i have requested them to get my data back, really frustrated. All of my clients are started giving pressure on my team. Every day we are asking them, they are saying our technical team is working. I lost my hope, now i am writing this mail to take some action against the company regarding the issue happened for me. And also be aware of such kind of companies. They will show attractive ads but everything is fake, they are here to loot our money for non sense service. Was this information helpful? |
