The Milton flask does not retain any warmth, and their customer care is subpar. The response from them is consistently delayed. Despite attaching the bill copy and images as evidence, we have not received any reply from their side so far. When we called customer care, they always assure us of a prompt response, but it never materializes. I'm extremely frustrated and will never purchase any Milton product again in my life.
