I had procured 1 unit of milton thermosteel flask (bearing no. 11-3 on his bottom) from Canteen (GREF Canteen) one of the in the month of Nov. 2012, which is under warranty cover. I hv been using this for my baby. Recently, i found the water kept inside is not staying hot.
I need to understand how Milton would provide me support regarding the problem.
