I have purchased a Milton Stell flask 750ml about seven months back from saravana stores, Padi, Chennai. I did not use it for 3 months due to lockdown. Now I find it is not keeping the heat and its outside gets hot as soon as I pour the coffee.

MILTON THERMOSTEEL — Flask top cap is stuck.

Would you please help me in re setting the spring and tab of my milton thermosteel 1500. The tab has come out accidently. We are struggling to put it back. Please let us know how to open it without breaking it. Thank you! Suresh.

MILTON THERMOSTEEL — Lid Unusable-Faulty Spring

We purchased Milton thermosteel 2Ltrs thermos.However after using it for approx 1 month the spring in its lid became faulty and loose so the liquid would not come out even after pressing the opener on the lid.

Immediate replacement required.

Finally i receive a call from milton & my issue is resolved, now i am very much satisfied with consumer complaint, which help me in this regards.

I had bought a Milton Glassy flask 1000 ml. capacity eight months ago. The same was not yet used but now when I tried to put hot water, the flask becomes very hot from outside, just like a normal steel utensil, also the water cools down within 1 hrs. To claim the warranty,  I have been calling and emailing to the concerned authority of Milton for a long time, but they are not responding. I hope my grievance is conveyed to the concerned person and my complaint is promptly looked into and the defective flask be replaced at the earliest.

I had bought Milton Thermosteel 2200 ml. capacity seven months ago from CSD canteen . The same was not used too much but now when I tried to put hot water, the flask becomes very hot from outside, just like normal steel utensil. So also the water cool down within 3 hrs. as such the purpose of the thermosteel flask is not served at all. Since I paid quite high amount. I am not at all satisfied with its performance. I don't have the warranty card, but the defect is genuine. Iam K.Ravi, from Hosur, Tamilnadu. I have bought a SS Milton Thermo steel flask of, 350 ml capacity, in Hosur in March 2009 in a store in Hosur,
I would have hardly used the flask and now I find that the base cup is cracked and partly rusted too. The code I find at the bottom of the flask is 08-02.
I never expect such a poor quality product from your business house. This kind of product speaks low on your reputation.
I would like to have a reply on this complaint.

Few days back i had also shown my bottel to marketing spoke told it will not be replaced plz do the needful and ve to face lot of problem because i ve a little baby of one year only.

I have a 1.5lt Milton Thermosteel flask, I bought it because of Milton's "good reputation" and because it was relatively more expensive than other similar products, mistaking this for better quality. I have only used my flask about 6 times in the year or so that I have had it, it can not pour properly and messes all over the place regardless of what I try, and the shoulder of the silicon/rubber seal has bent due to a very poor and flimsy design. I feel this was a waste of my money, and wish I could get my money back. The product development, design and testing of this product obviously did not take a high priority. Shame on a company with the "reputation" of Milton to even dream of releasing such a poor designed and manufactured product onto the market.

I had purchased a 1.5 lit Milton Thermosteel in Dec. 2010 and used hardly for two months. This winter I found that it keeps water worm hardly for 1 hour. I am not able to find the bill/ warranttee card. I found from the packing box that it comes with one year warranttee.The batch no. written on the bottom is 10-03.

Please let me know whether there is any option of getting it repaired/ replaced.

I am Prashant Sarwate from Ratlam MP bought a thermosteel tiffin last year and using it regularly and find only one problem that the tiffin body is strong enough and help keeping the food hot for hours but the cover lid is the main problem which I find is made of plastic only and reduces the hotness of the food to mild warmness please do the needful and make the new lid available separately in the market so that old tiffin owners can buy it.

I too purchased Milton thermosteel 750 ml and I use it daily . It is hardly 6 months and it has rusted inside.

Pl advise

I purchased 8 thermosteel bottles in Feb 2013. Out of which one has rusted at bottom. The code at the bottom is 12-01.

I doubt slowly all other bottles will also rust.

I purchased Milton brand because I thought this brand is trustworthy, but it is not so .

I have a thermo steel flask of milton make. It has started giving foul smell only after using few days.
No service centre is available in DELHI.
No information is available at Milton site regarding service centre.

i bought 750 ML bottle for keeping the water cold. it worked fine for sometime but now the it doest keep water cold as it used to for longer hours.

My reviews are not reflecting in customer reviews

Milton thermosteel carafe(2000 ml) is not retaining heat for 24 hrs though they claim it will retain heat fr 24 hrs. they dont want to exchange it with Thermosteel bottle(1800 ml) which is better than carafe.

I purchased the thermosteel 300ml bottle to store milk for my 18months old.
The pack says keeps all hot and cold beverages hot/cold for 24 hrs.
I read the previous complain and reply of the similar kind (milk related)
If milk is an exception to the marketing USP, why doesn't it clearly specify so on the pack.
Or educate the retailers about it so the consumer is well avaire about it during purchase and does not feel cheated...
when I purchased this I had very specifically informed my requirement to him... but I think no one cares for the customer... who cares after the money is in...
I really feel cheated by such a reputed brand...
pls arrange for a refund or replace with a product that fits my requirement...
