I bought Milton Thermosteel 1000 ml. capacity month ago now when I tried to put hot water, the flask becomes very hot from outside, just like normal steel utensil. So also the water cools down within 2 hrs. as such the purpose of the thermosteel flask is not served at all. Since I paid quite high amount (Rs.800- 850/-) I am not at all satisfied with its performance. I have misplaced the warranty card, but the defect is genuine. I hope my grievance is conveyed to the concerned person and my complaint is promptly looked into and the defective flask be replaced at the earliest
