Mirraw Online Services — difficult returns process

Mirrauw advertises easy returns and money back, but then expect customers to arrange their own courier service within 7 days. It would be so easy for them to arrange collection and couriering and just take the cost of the courier off their refund amount. That is was takealot and shoetopia do - they collect the returns.
But mirraw obviously wants to avoid returns so they make the returns difficult
