I ordered one jacket and kurta from mirrow, no stiching, no altering. Still they are saying me that it will be delivered late by 3 days. I already told them that i want it on diwali so want it on or before the given delivery date. They are saying some technical problem in their system, but this reason is not worth for late delivery. If they are giving commitment of the delivery date on their website, then they should strictly follow it. Its cheating with the customers.

    I ordered a sari online from mirraw and when i requested for blouse stitching, i was told that blouse cannot be customed stitched. I asked for cancellation or order and refund. I was sent email on the same day that my order has been cancelled and that my refund will be done within 7 to 9 business days. Upon waiting for 3 weeks, i havent got any email about my refund neither did i get it in my respective bank account which was used for purchase. I have been sending them emails but there is no response. I am really pissed off with mirraw and would never recommend them to anyone. I would like some immediate action taken so i can get my $71nzd back.

      Ordered item from mirraw, was given the run around because of stock/qa issues. Eventually passed that stage and was notified that the item was handed to courier for delivery. The courier company atlantic couriers have had the item 20/09, and promised delivery by month end. There has been endless delays since then, they provide no timely feedback and requested that i must call them in india from south africa so that i can explain.
      They keep giving me excuses when they do respond and blame everyone else except take responsibility and provide a solution.
      I have informed mirraw as well as this courier was appointed by them and they have not even replied to my plea for help. Between atlantic courier and mirraw someone needs to rectify this situation asap. This has been the worst customer service experince that i have ever had and i will never support indian online stores again.

        At around 11:30pm here in new zealand today, i received a call from mirraw customer care number on whatsapp and it was a video call. The first call was disconnected after i said hello. Then i received another call few seconds later and there was this guy masturbating and i quickly disconnected. Then this guy called back and disconnected and blocked the number straightaway. I answered this call as i have the 4 orders awaiting from this website and i thought there might be an update. This whole thing was so disturbing and unethical. I don't know how many more clients they are sexually abusing or harassing. This business needs to shut down as there are lot of people complaining about orders not received. And they have no right to sexually abuse their clients who order from them.

            I mistakenly odered twice of the same products which consisted of a pair of bangles and a chain which came along with a pair if earings and i now want to cancel one of the orders inorder to avoid being charged twice aswell as recieve 2 sets of the same oder. Their was no cancel option available to cancel one of the orders

                  I have been trying to resolve this issue since november 2018. I am very disappointed at the terrible customer service i received. I'm also disappointed at the awful custom item i ordered and how completely different from the website it looks.. It is poorly stitched with seams unraveling.
                  I ordered the black and beige embroidered net semi-stitched anarkali suit and this is what i received. See photos for proof
                  - the sleeves are tight and only fit me as 3/4 sleeves (The image shows full sleeve) the sleeve round is tight and very uncomfortable.
                  - the gold embroidery design under the bust is different from the pictured outfit
                  On the bottom, the size around the thigh and knee isn't the same for both sides of the pants, one is tighter than the other and the gold design stitching at the bottom of the pants isn't symmetric. The right leg stitching is off to the side and not centered like it is on the left leg and the picture.
                  - the seam on the pants is unraveling and even though it is very large at the hips, i can't sit in it because it is tight and uneven at the thighs and calf.
                  As you can see from the attached photos that i sent to mirraw customer service, i'm not able to wear this outfit due to all the stitching issues and i contacted mirraw for a refund or even an exchange and have been given the run around since november.

                    I placed an order (Order Number: M[protected] in www.mirraw.com on 16th Nov, 2018 (screenshot below).

                    Return pick-up was arranged for the same order number M[protected] on 5th December, 2018 (screenshot below).


                    Mirraw.com is not refunding the amount paid by me even after 20 days of the product return. I tried reaching out to the following personnel’s which includes the owner as well as co-founder of Mirraw.com, however nobody is bothered to refund my hard earned money even after the product was returned.

                    Mirraw is not sharing transaction details with me & rather on 21st December Mirraw support executive was asking for my transaction password (screenshot below) !! Why my transaction password is required to confirm that Mirraw.com has refunded the amount ?? This is clear evidence that executives at Mirraw.com are trying to fool the innocent customers to gather their transaction passwords & cheat them.


                    In spite of several follow-ups over emails & calls no resolution has been provided yet. This is a classic example of cheating wherein MIRRAW.COM is not initiating refund even after 20 days of the product return. Such businesses should not be allowed to operate & continue cheating the customers. Strict action must be taken to close down such businesses & save customers from being cheated.

Afrin khan and wilson godimadi from mirraw responded to my previous online complaint saying they will resolve it.. It has been freaking 3months almost and still no refund. Now it's in the hands of somebody lower in the chain and he has been useless as well like others. Please don't put wrong information saying the complaint has been resolved. It's goddamn unresolved still!!!...

                      After waiting for nearly 3 weeks and spending $250, i received the package much to my dismay. I have somebody else's order. Wow. So i called up mirraw and for the past 1 week they have still not tracked my package nor would they refund me. I get an automated email response saying they apologize for the inconvenience and will get back in 24 hours. I guess, the sun never sets in that part of the town as it has been 1 week. Utter disappointment!!!

                          This is really disappointing response i got from mirraw. I placed my order from usa and paid in $.
                          I was told at the time of purchase that i will get some money back at my wallet on this purchase in my account and now they are informing me that because i delivered it in india, i can't receive anything.

                          I would like to take it further to consumer court for misconduct at online shopping.
                          I didn't get what was promised to me at the time of online shopping by mirraw.com

                              Sorry to say i want to cancel my order. I ordered from mirraw. Com some bangles and artificial jewellery by mistake.. I downloaded the app and it asked my registration. I thought i was doing registration but unfortunately it was order ..plssssss cancrl my order no. M[protected].regards.
                              I want to cancel my order as I have changed my mind about buying it.
                              I don't want to wear Anarkali dress that I have ordered.
                              But there is no option to cancel my order. The order has not yet been shipped. Please cancel my order.

                                Hello... I had returned a product and for refund options by mistake i provided an invalid account number.. But ifsc code was correct... Later i connect with the customer care and provided the correct account number.. They informed me. They refunded to my correct account number already.. Please wait for 7 days... Now it's more than 12 days... I don't recieved my money yet... And even i can't contact the customer service by phon now.. Please resolve my issue

                                    I ordered the saree of this order id[protected] multi color printed cotton poly saree with blouse 3 quantity, but i received only one quantity and i paid 1500/-, i asked delivery person about this, he asked me to contact you people. I tried my best to explain you people.. Ajay pasai, and few more contaced me regarding this, but none solved my issue. Completely irresponsible and useless people. Why the bloody you run this cheat business, do you think it's going to run your business and trade like this. I gathered all the information call recordings mails which i received from you people promising you will resolve, and social media reviews, everything. Il file a complaint against you, and nothing no one can hold, come and face in the court... You will pay heavy for this...

                                    After registering my complaint, I got an apology mail from Mirraw.. Sagar from Mirraw, took an complete responsibility in resolving my issues.. I explain him step by step, although it took some time to solve but, my issue was solved by Sagar... I got my remaining products... My advice to the company is to have some protocol in business, customer is your business, think of their end. Even products are good bad, create a chance to customers to chat with executives and resolve their problem.. Identify frauds numbers, remove from search engines, keep up the brand and do business properly...

                                      After writing so many times regarding the delivery of the product. Finally the product is delivered today 30th aug 2018 instead of 24th aug 2018.

                                      Received an email that there was some technical issues on Mirraw so the delivery got delayed.

                                      Well opened the parcel and to my surprise the ghagra is unstitched. Clearly on the website it mentioned that the orange ghagra choli is stitched.

                                      How come you can send something which is unstitched.

                                      Why the hell you display status as Quality check. This is the quality you checked.

                                      Unbelievable and pathetic you guys are.

                                      I want full refund. I am going to go to consumer protection now this is really unethical and truly fooling the customer.

                                      The threads are coming out from blouse and ghagra. What a quality check. Mirraw wasted my time in just following up with the order and now with this defective piece. Thd material is so cheap. Does not worth $127.59.

                                      In the description it is mentioned that stitching is stitched.

                                      The stitched blouse has no buttons. How the person can stitch the blouse without buttons. The blouse can't be worn as a tshirt. I hope the person who stitched know this. Its useless.
