Ordered a saree (M[protected]and asked for a stitched blouse through the online shopping store. I contacted their customer support team after placing order for further stitching instructions. They promised to contact me before stitching procedure. But they failed to do that and they went for stitching without consulting me. I have to send number of mails and calls to solve the situation. They failed to solve and asked me to accept the product the way it is. Also said refused for refund for their mistake, instead they said they will give a 40% refund on their accused website wallet and I can use that only if I buy from their website in future.
After the bad experience I have received, they are forcing me to order from their website again in order to avail the refund which was caused from their mistake.
Also they failed to send the product before the promised date of delivery.
They caused me money loss from purchasing as well as loss by calling them from Dubai by paid costumer care calls .
Also the product is faulty and not yet ready by the date of delivery.
I want a full refund to my bank account also support for personal harassment by wasting my time, money and unprofessional customer care services.

      This is reg. issues with Order# M[protected]. It's extremely disappointing to find that each item in this order had some problem. I sent an email followed by subsequent followup emails to [protected]@mirraw.com, but never received any resolution from Mirraw.com

      Please see description of the issues below:

      "Blue Plain Cotton Silk Boys Indo Western Dress" - This dress arrived full of dust, is dirty and appears to be used! How can Mirraw even ship products like this? They don't do quality check before dispatching, or it is perhaps deliberate so people outside India are stuck with the items received.

      "Multicolor Printed Polyester Bandhgala Suit" - The wrong item was sent!! Instead of the Bandgala Suit, they sent a Half Jacket.

      "Grey Embroidered Silk Salwar Semi stitched" - The quality of this dress wasn't as expected (duplicate product), color was more golden than grey, stitching was incorrect (Bust size 42 selected and instead it measured 44 [22 x 2]), length was too short and it nowhere matched the image on their website.

      Mirraw should have accepted refund on return of the defective/wrong products. Instead they chose to stay silent and not provide any solution at all.

        Not giving me refund

        I had ordered one apparel and one jewelry set from Mirraw online. I received the apparel in Dubai and paid 342 Dhirams cash on delivery. And i received the jewelry set in Ahemdabad for which i paid 2270 INR cash on delivered. I made a return for both the products and couriered both the items in a single parcel to their thane address as requested to me from India.         Dear Sir/Madam,
        Date of incident: 16.12.2022
        Order Number: M[protected]
        Description: The received goods were of very poor quality. So we initiated the return within 72 hours (with tracking number of shipment). We notified Mirraw and they acknowledged the return request. I gave them the tracking number of overseas courier. They promised in their email that Mirraw will pay the customs duty charges and then deduct it from refund.
        But on 16.12.2022, Mirraw warehouse team refused to take the parcel from India Post and they are asking the Sender (me) to coordinate with Post and pay the customs charges myself. I was ready for this but the India Post does not have such provisioning. They said that receiver pays the duty and claim it fro sender (for this - I already agreed with Mirraw to deduct from my refund). I am calling and emailing them since 17.12.2022 to follow up on this matter. But I get poor response. They said they will deduct 55 Euros as customs duty (without them receiving the package).
        Post office is now preparing to return the packet to me again (for which I have to pay again the fees for returned parcel to sender). This is very sad and it is causing so much of agony.
        I am struggling to get my refund on returned goods. I have initiated the return of goods within the rules that Mirraw defined.

          Hi
          My name is priyanka ordered 800 worth of jewellery and clothes for a wedding but it’s just sitting in the customs in India it’s supposed to be deliver in nz being an overseas customer it’s quite frustrating I don’t want to give you my tracking no as it’s public info I have written 5 emails done 10 calls but customer service dnt have any answers when my parcel will be delivered they are Gud to talk and say sorry every time instead of solving the issue I told them if they are not able to send it give me a refund or send the items from different courier company but they are not ready to do that it’s quite frustrating waste of my hard eared money and also time please be aware before buying from them courier company they are sending is FedEx which have bad customer service in nz hope they will see this review and solve my issue . If it will not arrive in 1 week I will not buy from them any more at least give my money back. Wasting my money on items calls everything simply a waste

            I have six items bought stitched and delivered by Mirraw. Order number M[protected]. Out of six items, five were not stitched as per instruction snd hence they are all tight, short, uncomfortable and cannot be worn. My money has been wasted completely. If I knew and mirraw would have communicated with me, then I would have advised them not to stitch at all and would have agreed alternative. Mirraw instead of communicating properly for each product decided to go ahead without communicating with the customer in detail, decided to stitch the items which resulted in poor outcome. For two items, they sent a standard email not detailed at all and still they didn't deliver. Since then from July onwards I have sent numerous emails with the photo of the product and measurements but Mirraw has ignored all my messages. When I phone, they make excuses saying resend agsin on the other email and then they give me an email address.I then resend all the information all over againon the email given by them and then when no response, phone them only to hear another excuse. I really am fed up with their lame excuses and knew that they don't want to know about it and trying to avoid my messages. This is a bad customer service and very poor indeed.
            I will never ever deal with this gompany ever again.
            Everyone makes a mistake but not admitting the mistake and avoiding customer once the money is received from them is really appalling.
            Mirraw has not only wasted my money but wasted my precious time, effort and let me down. Dealing with them has made me anxious and given me stress. I have never ever had this bad experience from anyone in my life. Very very poor service. They say one thing and do another.

              I have accounts with mirraw and we do online business through your portal.

              For more than 5 months we have not received a payment and even when we are trying to contact Mr. Jayesh, he is not picking my calls and does not even bother to respond for the same.

              please help for solving my problems,

                Purchased a dress (£71.72) in June 2022
                They were unable to supply it
                I opted for a refund

                Now it is September and no refund has come

                I am being ignored on Whatsapp

                They say money is in "my wallett" in teh companys account. But it is not. Also I do not want to do business with the company, and I want money back

                  Hello,

                  I placed an order on June 8th in Mirraw site. The order is not yet delivered. The reason shipping team informed is due to invalid shipping address but in the order the correct address is well mentioned. They asked for an extra shipping charge of 48 euro and Mirraw informed to do 50% of it and I aggred to pay fot it but still not yet delivered. I even asked to cancel the order and do a refund but no feedback for it. There is no response in what's app or email support. Hope I have a solution for my order.

                    I brought some dress from this through application. I got saree which is used and blouse with all marks. Lehenga all stitched out . I sent the pictures and videos and call more than 20 times. They told me they only refund 20% and some 100% wait for some time but it’s almost 1 month now they told me sent more pictures. I already sent them more than 50 pictures and 50 mails . I spent a lot of money but now they are not doing anything.

                          This with regard to my order M[protected] for Koshin Navy Blue Color Art Silk Neck Embroidered Kurta Pyjama For Festive & Wedding. This was ordered for a marriage ceremony. Ordered size was 40 and we received 36!!.
                          we have immediately submitted for return and refund( ID is 279410, 15 July 2022). At least 10 mails were sent so far but they don't respond back and no resolution actions been taken so far. I honestly feel we are been cheated by this company as they lack ethics and professionalism.

                              We placed an order on May 19th and they said it will be delivered on June 6th to my sister Sunitha's house in Kerala. Till now, we have not received any packages, tracking numbers, or delivery details. Each time Sunitha contacted customer service they said they had a technical problem everytime. They also said that within an hour they will send a tracking number and they never sent it. We are going to India for vacation and we need the material to stitch it and bring it back with us to the US. I want to know if they are lying about something and what is going on with our shipment. I just do not understand how you can have a technical problem everyday. My sister Sunitha talked to a girl named Prathiba each time she called. I just want to solve this problem as soon as possible. We never had a problem before now. If this problem isn't solved this week we want our money back. Also everything is suppose to be shipped to Sunitha in Kerala at the address given in the order.

                                My orderM[protected] for sum of Rs1149 has not been refunded.
                                Ordered products White onyx earrings received red instead and returned. Orderd American diamond earrings, poor quality, returned. On my mirraw account shows refund initiated on29/5/22 and 1/6/2022. However no one has responded from Mirraw team regarding my refund. very poor customer service, and customer care lines no one answers. After numerous call, it was answered and a gentleman stated refund had not even been initiated and will escalate. On 15 th called several times and a lady answered and said she was aware of the situation as documented and also promised to escalate refund . I paid via PATYM. No one to date responded to any of my emails to team @ mirraw. Highly, as I do a lot of online purchases and this company is totally irresponsible without accountability.
                                Today on my mirraw account showing payout to G2A..? What is G2 A. I am uploading all account status pics.I want refund immediately, into my PATYM All request has fallen on deaf ears.

                                  My order # M[protected] is stuck and with stitching for several weeks. It was supposed to be delivered last month and its not even stitched. Horrible customer service, nobody to talk to and they dont give helpful answers. Don’t be fooled by the promised delivery time, save your money and time and shop some place else.

                                    Hello Mirraw, I’ve placed an order on 9th May and delivery was supposed to be on 21st May. Until this date, I’m still waiting with no information from the shipment company. They keep telling me that my order is in transit and it’s been one week that it has left Germany to France. So where is my order? Did it even leave India? I needed these articles for the first week of June and still there’s no sign of them anywhere. Here’s the order number: M[protected]. Please stop telling me that I will be delivered soon for that’s a bot reply and I would like to have some true informations.

                                      I ordered some products on April 22, 2022, and the delivery date provided was May 8, 2022. However, as of May 27, 2022, the products have yet to arrive. The order number is M[protected], and the invoice is MOSPL/9423/Apr/2223. I tried contacting them through their E-mail, [protected]@miraw.com, but have gotten no replies. I also tried calling the phone number they provided, +[protected], but that number is out of service. A desirable solution to this would be a full refund or the successful delivery of the products. Thank you.
