Updated by ashokchakra Thank you. Mr. Wilson, responded to my mail in the past several months ago that my refund was already initiated. But, there was no refund given to my account. then there was no reply to my email follow ups. Then I ended up logging my concern in this.

paypal account, which is my email address, I shared with him over email response. Let me wait for a response. if I am lucky, I would expect a response and refund. ;)
After a sweet wait time of over 6 months.

Deliver was received on 12th Dec 2016 with missing items.,
Ordered and paid for 4 sarees, 4 blouse, 4 peticoat and 1 salwar
But, Received only 3 sarees, 1 blouse, 1 salwar
Missing 1 saree, 3 blouses and 4 peti coat
Immediately reported by email and Customer Care phone number as well. But there was no response, other than automated mail.
After hundreds of email follow up and finally after complaining here, there was a response asking for my
paypal account.
Now, the story repeats, there is no further feedback or response, it is already 5 days after giving my account details.
Every time, after a long wait time, there will be one
person promising the refund is initiated, then there will be no action. then repeat asking for update just like a routine job. ;)
I guess, this is a shortcut for
Mirraw to become a billionaire. as I see there are several complaints like me. ;)

Mirraw promised that I would get it. it is more than 7 months now. Sad.

Updated by ashokchakra Another false promise of refund would be given, there was a mail from
mirraw. But no refund. :)
I will keep asking for an update.
For me 2 months are over already. Their account team seems to be busy in counting money which they would have collected by cheating people.
