Mirraw Online Services — regarding refund of money

Hello i had ordered a saree of rs 2999 on 12th november 2017 from mirraw.com. My order id is m[protected]. I got my order on 25th november and it is entirely different from what i had ordered. So i returned back the product through professional courier with tracking number knp[protected] and it is already delivered to them. I already mailed them several times about this and i also talked with customer care person on 28th november. They said and also mailed me that they will initiate the refund. But they are still not refunding my money, when they already got their product back. Please help me. My email id is swati. [protected]@gmail.com.
