Mirraw — Order got cancelled but without money refund

I bought a saree on 27th Jan, when I saw the delivery status it shows "Vendor Cancelled". I called the customer care number quite few times, but every time disconneted of telling that they will get back to us. But the call is never comes.Now point is that, I did not get back any money from them. My order: M[protected]. Can anyone please take a look on this matter. Thanks Debasmita

Thats what they do...Mirraw doesn't call back, they disconnect, or something...moreover they don't update the customers for any issues...follow up with them again and again if your problem is not solved...i am hatting it...got frustrated, annoyed, got so irritated...i have escalated in every consumer forums since i stay in USA, i have complained in several and they will take some action...i need more witness...mirraw.com never understand that they are losing customers...
