I had paid for the Super Family Pack of 1 Year Subscription of Rs.1999/- towards the supply of India Today, Business Today and Readers Digest on 25th May 2010 to Bag It Today. I was promised that I will be getting the Free Gift of Mitashi DVD Player towards the Subscription. My Billing ID is[protected].

Regret to inform you that I have not yet started receiving the books (India Today & Business Today) while I started receiving the Reader's Digest w.e.f July 2010 issue. I have also not received the free gift promised.

Request you to look into this and resolve

    I stay in Bangalore. In October I went to Chennai & thought of gifting my Kids a game. I bought a mitashi Genius at Gaylord Toys . It is sold only in Sealed condition. It costs Rs 1295/-.It is a Keyboard with games.This piece I bought did not work. With difficulty I got the service center in Bangalore. I was told that though it is not ‘good for sale’, they cannot replace.
    The product does not have any features & is very highly priced at Rs 1295/-.
    It must be taken off the shelf otherwise gullible buyers will be paying a high price for a not so good product

    Dear, Sir/Madam,

    I Would like 2 say that I brought a Mitashi DVD Player on dated 30 May 2009 in Malad DMart. This sunday e.i 07/02/2010 on my DVD dont eject plate then sake slowly open plate when inset DVD then display message read open close automatic display. what can i do it. How to solve this problem Pls contact my cell no. [protected].

    Even I bought a Mitashi DVD Player VO-2511 on May 5 2010 in sealed condition from EZone (an initiative of Future Group). When I bought it home I found that out of 5 times at least once the tray did not eject properly and got stuck. Now its a real pain to run to the service centre to repair a brand new product. Does anyone have any idea about the quality of the products of Mitashi??

    Please do not buy Mitashi products!!! My DVD player did not even play a week. Then it took me 2 weeks to get the service centre to come and look at it and since then (a month ago) I did not get it back. Phoning every day does not help.
    So it is not just a bad product but also bad service. I am inKolkata.

    HAVE BYE MITASHI DVD PLAYER IN THE MONTH OF JAN. FROM HOME SHOP 18. BUT NOW THE PLAYER IS NOT WORKING I MEAN TO SAY THAT WHEN WE INSERT CD OR DVD THEN IT WILL NOT RUN.
    AND PANDRIVE /CARD IS WORKING.

    I purchased DVD player VO-2511 from Homeshop18.Sound is not good and also giving very poor, noise quality of audio.plz help any one what can i do.I m totally dissatisfied from mitashi products and service also.I m from Punjab Hoshiarpur.


    Dont buy mitashi products.
