Dear Sir/Madam,
I Had lodged the 1st complaint[protected]O0383) as on 07 June 2018. Technician Came and checked the My 39 inches LED TV and told us, there is part faulty in this tv. so it will be change. after 16 days, again he visited the site with spare and changed it. But issue not resolved. Now, he told, there is another part faulty so that will also change. he left the site, without rectify the issue and closed the complaint without inform us.
Again, i had lodged the new complaint[protected]O0635) As on 26 June 2018. Again, technician Came and checked the TV. Now he SAID that, this TV is non-repairable. So Company will provide the another set against this TV.
50 Days almost passed, but still no any solution Found.
When, i m calling to Mitashi Service Manager (East Delhi Location), every time, he is tallying me, "YOUR product under-Replacement. it will Replace Soon but date not confirm.
Request to you, pls do the needful help in this ...

Disappointed.
