I have purchased mitashi 6.2kg washing machine on 03.08.2018. I just used for 1 week. After that i have got issue in that like water leakage. Immediately i have raised the complain regarding this. They came for the service after 2days and said there is a problem in volve. He removed the parts and he have taken himself. But till now not solve the problem.
Most Pathetic AC Service Executive Sent At My Home.

Did Nothing Except Running a Blower.

That's It.

Service Done in hardly 5 mins of Mitashi 1.5 ton Split AC ???

Disappointed.

I need my money back as soon as possible.

    Hi team,

    I'm frustrated with your services and don’t know what services you guys are providing, we logged a complaint from last one years “n” numbers of calls done on same. Every time we get same assurance, that you will get a call in 48 hours. Every time we get a call from one of your arrogant technician by name waseem and he behaves as if he is the owner of the company and he talks very rudely not even once he turned up.
    After no response, whenever we checked the status of the complaint with your customer care and surprised, the complaint has been closed due to non-availability of documents (I. E. Invoice & warranty card etc). Or showroom is closed, latest complaint was logged last week and entire day on 9th nov, 2018 i was in shop and when i cross checked today 12th nov, 2018 the arrogant technician has updated status as shop was closed.

    If you guys don’t provide the services to the customer or promptly revert on customers query, then why you are selling the products. Customer care center provided contact person (Waseem -[protected]), neither they are picking up the calls nor they are fixing the issue.

    Anyone can loss their patience if the issued get pending for months specially in summers, kindly understand our situation and fix the problem asap.
    We are waiting form your response….

      Hi team,

      I'm frustrated with your services and don’t know what services you guys are providing, we logged a complaint on 13th sep and after more than 2 months, still issue had not fixed yet. “n” numbers of calls done on same sr#[protected]. Every time we get same assurance, that you will get a call in 48 hours but unfortunately we never received any call even people are not picking up the calls.

      If you guys don’t provide the services to the customer or promptly revert on customers query then why you are selling the products. We purchased the two ac from you on may 2018. It worked 4 months then after one ac break down followed by second month another ac.
      There is a part broken up in one ac, kindly check and fix the issue asap. Customer care center provide us two contact person (Ajay-[protected]/brijende-[protected]), neither they are picking up the calls nor they are fixing the issue.

      Anyone can loss there patience if the issued get pending for months specially in summers, kindly understand our situation and fix the problem asap.

        In under warranty display is not working.
        Only volume is coming now.
        Pls check and fix problem as soon as possible.

          Suddenly when i started led tv, it works for 15 min, then after suddenly it stopped working and does not displaying anything on screen and there was sound produced by the led tv continuously three times as a spark produced and there was a smell also produced as if burning somewhere in led tv please consider my complaint seriously and sent mechanic as soon as possible i have warranty and gurantee for this mitashi item
          I bought the Mitashi 32" LED TV one year back. Today suddenly its switched off after that its not switching on only. I need the neccessary action on this as earliest as possible. I was really not expected this within this short period. Kindly do the needfull. Awaiting for your promt response.

            I have registered a complain on 9th aug, regarding my mitashi tv not working.
            I do a daily follow up to the customer care and service center, but no action being taken till date. No technician has visited, not service center is replying.
            Service center just cut off the phone and customer care says, they have forwarded the request to service center. They cant do anything.

              From last April month we facing issue in this machine with dryer for this we talk with customer care and register a complaint, my first complaint closed without attending after that I register a 2nd complaint from that day till now my issue is not solved, whenever we try to contact Mr. Sanjay Gondhalekar ([protected]), Mr. Nehe ([protected] /[protected] we got a reply because my dryer door lock get damaged for that we have to pay 850 Rs., we have already ordered the part and it will take 2-3 days time more. From last 3 months I am taking followup but there is no positive response from there.

              I am not going to pay any repair charges now because I am facing lots of mental harassment & torture from this all people so requesting you to please help me to get my refund money for this faulty machine.

                I am a retailer of ac o[censored]r company mitashi and registered a complaint 1 week ago their was no response from your team. Then how u can satisfy a customer. I am droping selling o[censored]r products. Very bad service. No response against complaint. Worst service from this brand even no call from your executive. Stop selling items i[censored] r unable to provide service to ur customers. I am waiting from last 1 week and u said u will visit within 24 to 48 hrs when that 24 hrs will complete let me knw.

                  I Had lodged the 1st complaint[protected]O0383) as on 07 June 2018. Technician Came and checked the My 39 inches LED TV and told us, there is part faulty in this tv. so it will be change. after 16 days, again he visited the site with spare and changed it. But issue not resolved. Now, he told, there is another part faulty so that will also change. he left the site, without rectify the issue and closed the complaint without inform us.

                  Again, i had lodged the new complaint[protected]O0635) As on 26 June 2018. Again, technician Came and checked the TV. Now he SAID that, this TV is non-repairable. So Company will provide the another set against this TV.

                  50 Days almost passed, but still no any solution Found.

                  When, i m calling to Mitashi Service Manager (East Delhi Location), every time, he is tallying me, "YOUR product under-Replacement. it will Replace Soon but date not confirm.

                  Request to you, pls do the needful help in this ...

                  Called and registered a service complain and no proper support given for last 8 days. Such a pathetic consumer service.

                  Dont buy any mitashi product is my recommendations.

                    Our mitashi ac is not working for almost a month now. There was a part that was to be changed as the product still falls in the warranty period and we have been struggling like anything to get the work done. Absolutely pathetic customer service by mitashi india. We are just given dates after dates on asking the update. Till today no clarity on when will the ac be repaired. The issue is being raised almost everyday with there team but nothing seems to work.

                        I purchased mitashi ac on 10.06.2017 but after installation with stablizer the mechanic said that because of low voltage your ac is not starting right now and it will run when voltage is correct, but it never started again we complaint for this but mechanic failed to start. We complaint again on 21.04.2018 complaint no - 180421o0009 (7th digit is english alphabet 'o'). The mechanic visited and said that your compressor is out of order since the installation of ac, and he said that order of the compressor replacement will be placed, but i am still waiting for the replacement. I contacted customer service on [protected] but every time he is saying that it is under process. It is the very bad service, so i decided to not use mitashi ac anymore. So please take the ac back and refund my total amount as soon as possible.

                          I ordered mitashi ac one ton from amazon.ac is smelling at some time. I registered complaint against it in march 2018 but they closed the complaint with reason that customer didn't attend the call. But they didn't call me till date. However i tried several tyms to make contact with customer executives but they also make me fool. Even i talked to mr lalit sharma, head of mitashi rajasthan. He attended my call only one tym and after he is not attending the call. Service engineer of jodhpur saying he has some despute with company. Customer suffers between company and service engineer. Solve it now. Regt no. [protected]

                            We have purchase ac unit from m/s. J. K. Enterprises, jaipur vide their bill no. 524 dated 25th may 2016. The ac unit not cooling. We have booked complaint on 20-05-17 at jaipur service center but no response till time. We have contact on toll free number [protected] he said that your complaint book today at 1.00 pm. I surprised, when we book the complaint on 20-05-18 how he booked the complaint today. We request to repair the ac unit immediately.

                                  I have purchased order no:[protected] from amazon, after doing may follow ups finally they came for installation, after 2 -3 days only the ac was not doing cooling at all. I have complained many times to mitashi and amazon. After many days the representative came finally. He was telling me that the installation is not done properly as the person was not knowing properly. Why you are buying online. Amazon and all are sending untrained people. He told he will correct it. Then he told there is a leakage. He will correct it but i have to pay else the process will be delayed. I paid as no other option. I have informed the same to mitashi also but no response. The ac started working after 2 days again the same problem. When i called mitashi, they told they cant help, i need to contact amazon when i caontact amazon they have escalated the issue and then after 3 days, i got a call from a girl called priya, she told she will solve the issue and update me by evening. But no call. When i called, nobody picked. I called multiple times. A girl was simply telling that priya is not in office, sometimes in meeting and all, she is not bothered to talk. At last they gave me a person's no (Venkatesh) who is also not bothered to pick the call. I again called mitashi and ask for ceo's number then finally priya talked and telling that they will try the same method again, she is not authorised person for replacement for refund. She is awaiting for approval. Why they are torturing a person like this. My 6 month has gone like this in following up like this and the problem is not yet fixed, now only 6 month is left and they are delaying and just giving temporary solution. Then the warranty will over, then they will not bother also

                                  Please help me to get my hard earned money. The way they are treating as i am begging.

                                  I purchased a split ac of mitashi brand and used hardly 2 months.

                                  Now the ac is not working.

                                  I complaint to company on 24 april but no one came to fix the problem. they are extending the date for send the engineer.

                                    I have purchased mitashi 1 ton 5 star ac just one month before and after 1 week the remote stopped working, i had raised the request with mitashi customer service but 1 month also i am not getting resolution, simply they are saying that the part is not available for now.

                                    This is a real frustration for me and my family that i had purchased ac to safe from summer hot but there is no option only to see the ac is installed but we cant use it.

                                      In Dec 3, 2017 I have purchased a Mitashi Home Theatre 5.1 Model: HT 106 BT). After using it for 4 months it is giving problem in Wubwoofer which produces Humming sound and in unbearable volume. I have registered a complaint with Mitashi customer care by calling the toll free number. The Complaint accepted and they have created service ticket also(refernce no:[protected]O0030). The call center executive told me that the service engineer would call within 48 hours. But it didn't happen. Nobody called or visited my place. Kindly help to get a resolution at the earliest.

                                        This is basker prabakar sonwane from chandivali mumbai i had ordered a mitashi 8.5 kg semi automatic top loaded washing machine - misawm85v15 with 3 years warranty through amazon on 25/10/2017. After one month its dryer stopped working. We complain at their service centre. It been around two months now complain has not solve. We demant product replacement to mitashi service they refused. No customer support available as we are contiously following up with mitashi.
                                        The customer line never takes any call from the one who has already called for complaint.
