    Please be informed my tv is not working.
    My call no. Is[protected]o0027 executive visited place but parts are not available. Why you sell products if your parts are not available. Product is under warranty. No response from email [protected]@mitashi.com, [protected]@mitashi.com. This number is not working [protected]. No number are working.
    I have raised ticket on 18 march 2020. I can understand covid situation now all call center are working. But mitashi is not providing response via email and call center are not working. So kindly provide refund if you are not able to repair parts.
    Reg no for mepw[protected]
    What is used of warranty if parts are not available. Kindly provide new tv or refund my amount.

      I have purchased mitashi split ac july 2019 and starting this february i started getting problems in that ac. Its not cooling at all and it is displaying e0 error code continuously. Tried contacting the service team but no response from their end. This is really frustrating as we spent 30k and we are getting this kind of products and service. I would say this is a fraud company. Please do not buy any mitashi products.

          [protected]o0023 this was raised on[protected], issue with the power supply to the mother board of my speakers, its been more than a month but still there is no proper response from the service executives of mitashi. They are simply saying that the part is not available to change, i have tried to escalate this issue by calling to the customer care no:[protected]

          I have sent email to the team, raised a complaint on the website and also called customer care, the executives don't know about information on how a customer can escalate any issue to the higher levels. They are very poor in providing service to the customers.

            I bought subject washing machine in earl november 2018. The machine was partially installed by co representative, which was corrected by me as under.
            1. Warer connection gasket wrogly installed by rep causing continuos water leak
            2. Machine under cover was not installed. (I noticed the cover in the carton while disposing the carton box)
            The machine setting was not contunue fuction after an electrical failure is resumed, this problem continued until failure of machine on 2nd nov 2019.
            Efforts made unsuccessfully to lodge complaint since then, then on 3rd nov 2019 complait was lodged through app.
            No action, no updates, only update was parts not available. Spoke to the director of the company, still no action.

              My fridge which was on warranty period was not working so i raised a complain in the customer care portal.This complain was raised on 24th of September (complaint number :[protected] O 0120)), now its been more than 2 months but the issue is still not resolved.i am not being able to use my fridge .Customer Care people does not respond very well often giving false dates

                Mitashi technician took visiting charges and did not gave any receipt, also he closed the complain without resolution.
                Even the customer care people are not bothered to check with customer if the complain is resolved or not.
                When i called the service center they again registered the complain..
                How many times m i suppose to do the same stuff.
                Least interested these guys are in customer satisfaction.
                Even the technician told us if we want bill the price will be different and with out bill different.
                What kind of people are you hiring atleast check.
                My complaint no.[protected]O0282 is not attended even after a fortnight of lodging it. Very unfortunate for this brand name. This negative impression will surely have effects on its brand value and worth.

                  I have purchased mitashi ac in the month of february 2019 and after 2 month sudden it is showing error of f3 in display i have file my complaint on 8th october but till now their is no query i used to call them daily they say we will see and let you... I request mitashi to take your ac back and give my money orelse slove my query and i will never recommend any 1 to purchase mitashi ac... Very worst service i have ever seen

                  Don't buy anything from this faltu company, i bought a tv and from 28 days have raised complain, approved for replacement but even after speaking with mitashi ncr head there is no timelines.

                    Within a year of purchase of mitashi ac. Some issue related to display happened in ac. Technician visited and told a sensor needs to be changed and a complain was logged for the same in 2nd week of october 2019. Inspite of continuous followup with local tecnician, it was told that he has not recieved the product replacement yet. I called customer care they provided me the number of mr. Washim who is the service head. When i called mr. Washim he said he has already left working for mitashi long back and he don't know why his number has not been removed from the database inspite of many reminders. He provided me number of mr. Pintu based in kolkata to check with him for the status. I tried reaching him multiple times but he said he will get back to me in some time but never got a call. Again i tried reaching c. Care.. Again they said product status is in pending as that product is not available. Will receive a call from some senior guy within an hour yesterday itself.. But i havent recieved any call. Today again i called c. Care. Again the story started from start call mr. Washim and check. I am really surprised if you guys can't provide service why u cheat customer by selling product. I want my issue tl get rectify today. Its about a month i am not getting any reaponse
                    I had buy the fully automatic machine and now the dryer section it's not working. We already complaint for the same issue in September month but we didn't get any response from your side. It's really very bad service we are getting from your brand.

                    I bought a Mitashi split 1.5 ton ac last year. It stopped working due to some error message. When Mitashi service guy turned up, he informed me that the pcb was faulty and I must pay rs 7000 in advance for it to be repaired. i told him the Ac was under warranty but he said it doesn't matter. While repairing the ac, the gas leaked somehow and they said the R32 gas is not available at the moment and i must wait. its been two weeks and the service guy doesn't awnser my phone. Such is Mitashi service for customers. Never ever go for cheap products specially mitashi. You may pay a little less to start with but you will definitely end up paying a lot more plus mental stress is what Mitashi offers for free.😒🤦‍♂️

                      We raised complaint regarding our refrigerator on 27 aug 2019 through customer care. What is the present status?
                      Do u like to repair it and take it back. Is this the way of your customer service response. We tolerated these much of days everyday i am getting reply from your side as we are working on it. But no progress on it. This is very very very worst part off mitashi and i feeling bad as why i was be part of mitashi

                      even water outlet is not working properly.
                      I had buy the fully automatic machine and now the dryer section it's not working. We already complaint for the same issue in September month but we didn't get any response from your side. It's really very bad service we are getting from your brand.

                        On 21st july 2019 i have placed an order for the mitashi 20 l convection microwave oven (Mimw20c8h100, metallic grey) | b07pp499ln (B07pp499ln) through amazon and the same item i have received on 3rd aug 2019. However i am sorry to say when i am trying to connect the micro oven plug to the switch board i found the main fuse box keep tripping. But in the same plug other items are working properly.

                        I have made 3 complaints out of which 2 complaints were through their toll free number and one compliant through their mail id. However there is no call from any service engineer of mitashi till yet.

                          On submitting several complaints with the customer services regarding no - cooling of air conditioner, my complaint has not been entertained till now. And infact this has happened the second time. I had baught the ac in jun 2019.
                          To my surprise this is a 5star 1.5 ton invertor ac but saves no money at all. I had baught this fro tata click website.
                          I have called them telling them that no executive has visited till now and they told me to wait for 24-48 hours and executive will visit, but no one visited. It has been 20 days now and no one is arriving and the answer from customer service is still the same. I request concerned authority to look to this and kindly resolve it.

                              I have Mitashi Ac which i was purchased on Oct 2016(3Year Indoor Warrenty).
                              I have complain 3 time that leackage is coming from indoor unit, one techinician came to home and said Ac need service which will be chargable. I have said that servicr is done. Then whatever he done in Ac after that Ice is coming in indoor unit.
                              Then again i complain to Toll Free no. Then again technocian came and he also tell thst Ac need to be service and it will be chargable of 300 Rs. I have said while doing service mt Ac will be ok then he said he said Yes. Then i have giver 300 Rs for Servicr. Then at night again Ice is coming from Indoor Unit. And i am fully irritate from the service of Mitashi Techincian. They only came to take Money from me and do nothing which i want.
                              My Ac is still not cooling and Ice is Coming again and again on Indoor Unit.
                              And again i complain to Mitashi Service center but still not a Mitashi Agent came to repair my Ac.

                              Plzzz Solve my problem bcoz i am fully frustated from the service of Mitashi service Center.
                              I have call many time to Mitashi toll free no and always they say to plzz call my service center and still no er came to my home to repair Ac.

                                I was under the impression that mitashi was good brand and reliable but in actual the service is worst and untolerable.

                                No proper response and responsibility to address the customer complaints. I was about to buy one more ac and now i realize not to buy this brand any more. I have done serious mistake of referring this brand for many of freiends and now i regret for the same.

                                Trust service engineer will be deputed shortly and if not i will be filing case in consumer court to refund the money and to compensate the mental and physical agony which my entire family facing.

                                  I have called Mitashi service center on 13th Apr 2019 and register a request for AC service and received a call from service center that service engineer will visit on 14th Apr. But no such visit happens. After that i followed up on 18 Apr by calling again on customer care. They said today service engineer will visit but again i nothing happened. I have made around 5 calls to customer care everyday and everytime i got the same reply. Today is 22nd Apr i am still waiting for their service Engineer visit.

                                  Please do not opt for any Mitashi product because there service is pathetic.

                                    I have bought mitashi 46 ltr of refrigerator on 28th of january 2019, and the fridge gone out of order just 2 months later. I have files a complaint to company after which they reached my door within or a bit after 48 hours. They checked the refrigerator and said some specific part is to be replaced. After around 5 days, the technician came with the part and checked the fridge. He said the compressor is not working this time and assured me the same will be replaced within 4 days. I have called them after 4 days, and they said to wait for 2 more days. It's been more than the specified time till now but no solution is offered to me.

                                    Please take a look into this matter and help me find a perfect solution in this regard.

                                    I have filed a complaint agaist mitashi here regarding by out of order refrigerator and the company also responded me to address my issue. A day after, a service guy named Vikash called me and assured the refrigerator will be fixed today on 23rd of april. After then, I never called him, but today my parents called him about current status. He said the technician is reaching my door in an hour. but none of them come, and when I have called them back, they mentioned to provide me a number of Kolkata centre. My father and I just said "Are bhai ham log Kolkata kyun contact karein. aapka duty hai", and the guy just started to abuse us with bad words. I disconnected his call, and he even started to call me again and again, just to abuse us. such a disgusting people from Mitashi. I want to throw out the refrigerator. No further solutions I need. Those bloody service guys and company as well. just harassed us at all.

                                      I have lodged a complaint with mitashi customer service on 19th feb'19 regarding an issue with my washing machine and its been pending for 2 weeks now and i am not getting proper response or eta about this issue.

                                      A service guy visited our home after 2 days after registering the complaint and on checking the machine he stated that there is a defect part which needs to be replaced and that should come from mumbai which would take 2 - 3 days and he left from home.

                                      On following with service center after 2 days, their response was "pending for spare parts" and upon keep on following with them actively, again that service guy visited our home with a spare part on saturday 2nd march'19.

                                      And the spare part which he brought didn't match exactly and so the service guy again told we need to check with our service center if any other spare available otherwise we need to raise a new order again from mumbai which would take 2 - 3 days and he left from home.

                                      After that again today, i tried to contact the service guy and the service center and there was no response for my call. I got mitashi service center manager contact number from mitashi customer care and tried to reach him. However his number was not in active.

                                      I have using many other brand products and this is the first time i have bought with mitashi and receiving extremely worst response from the customer service bangalore.

                                      Why can't they atleast keep us notified about the current status?

                                      Can i get this issue sorted out immediately?

                                        I have bought mitashi led tv on 16 october 2015 in which company has provided me 3 years warranty in diwali offer. My led tv is not working since 18 sep 2018 i have complaint for that in 19 sep 2018. My led tv is in mitashi authorized service center since 4 months but till today i.E 25-01-19 my tv could not be repaired when i mail/call to mitashi head office lucknow ([protected]) for replacement my old tv as it could not be repaired they always told be that your parts are coming and your tv will be delevered to you within week. It is being done from last 4 months.
