Mitashi — home theatre model ht 106bt creates unnecessary humming sound in subwoofer | |||
In Dec 3, 2017 I have purchased a Mitashi Home Theatre 5.1 Model: HT 106 BT). After using it for 4 months it is giving problem in Wubwoofer which produces Humming sound and in unbearable volume. I have registered a complaint with Mitashi customer care by calling the toll free number. The Complaint accepted and they have created service ticket also(refernce no:[protected]O0030). The call center executive told me that the service engineer would call within 48 hours. But it didn't happen. Nobody called or visited my place. Kindly help to get a resolution at the earliest. I have purchased mitashi 1.5 ton split ac just 10 month before and I have call to customer care service centre no. [protected] on dated[protected] but not response.
