Mitsubishi Electric India — Regarding service of cassette Ac not working

I have raised a complaint about ac not working before 10-15 days but still did not get the helpful need. The ac stopped working and soon I called for the service.
The technician came then and told that the PCB board of that ac got damaged. I called back your employee and he responded by saying that the PCB board will get replaced and it will take 8-10 days to do so. So, I have waited but after 10-15 days when I spoke to him and his seniors they told me that we have raised the complaint but the PCB board is not available and I have to wait for it’s availability.
Lenskart company follows some protocols. They audited my store and the found that the ac was not working so they told me to keep the store closed until the ac gets working. It has been 10-12 days since my store is closed and I have gone through a huge loss.
So I hope you got my problem so either get the PCB board available soon within 5 days time or replace the Ac as I can’t keep my store closed now.
Please take action as soon as possible.
I bought the cassette Ac for around 1, 40, 000 hoping for good service and long durability. But seeing your service and working procedure I no more can trust your company to install in my others upcoming store. If company wants to gain my confidence and keep me working with Mitsubishi then I hope that I will receive the service soon or get my Ac replaced.
