[Resolved]  Miui — extra time taking in replacement

Sir, i have ordered a redmimi 6a smartphones. It has error issues. I have replaced it on 23 oct by delhivery courier. I track it by delhivery.com it has reached on bengaluru hub on 1november 2018. But it does, not reach to warehouse. I have complain to customer support he always gives me 24 house for the solution of my problem. But i don, t get any information regarding to this issue after 1nov. Neither vacant team try to consult me. Kindly resolve my problem.

My smartphones redmi 6A was pickup for replacement on 23 october but I don, t get any information regarding this issue after 1 november.i have also complain to delhivery customer and xiaomi customer.they said that your problem will resolved within 24 hours.but 10 days have passed I don, t get solution .awb no354599029021 and order id no5181010673077508 pankaj kumar.
