[Resolved] Miui — extra time taking in replacement | |||||
Sir, i have ordered a redmimi 6a smartphones. It has error issues. I have replaced it on 23 oct by delhivery courier. I track it by delhivery.com it has reached on bengaluru hub on 1november 2018. But it does, not reach to warehouse. I have complain to customer support he always gives me 24 house for the solution of my problem. But i don, t get any information regarding to this issue after 1nov. Neither vacant team try to consult me. Kindly resolve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 12, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved My smartphones redmi 6A was pickup for replacement on 23 october but I don, t get any information regarding this issue after 1 november.i have also complain to delhivery customer and xiaomi customer.they said that your problem will resolved within 24 hours.but 10 days have passed I don, t get solution .awb no354599029021 and order id no5181010673077508 pankaj kumar. | |||||
