Miui — No accessories and replacement parts available for my Redmi 1s phone.

This problem arrived a few months back with my redimi 1s that whenever I use this phone for about one hour or more its battery dies completely and it starts to heat. Its been difficult to work with such phone when you always have to carry MI power bank with you. But now when I use power bank or even charger it does not respond, it even does not connect with any computer or laptop. So I have decided to contact nearby MI service center and told them my problem and phone model. They agreed to repair this phone but when I went their they have told that they do not have any replacement part of this model anymore and company has stop manufacturing accessories for this specific model. Now this is the worst case scenario that the phone I am using is working well in every other aspects but I cannot use it due to power backup problem. This is the most stupid thing that the company like MIUI cannot provide for its customers and on the other side their whole moto is to provide cheap phone with maximum features to customers. So in reality they do not provide any authentic service to customers once they purchase a mobile or even stop manufacturing spare parts for their old phones.
