Miui — redmi note 3 | |||||
I purchased redmi note 3 phone 2 years ago and it was working fine. One month back miui released a system update 9.5.1.0 which had some issues and my phone got upgraded after which it stopped working. I visited their service centre and they said mother board needs to be replaced which will cost around 5000 rupees. So because of issues in miui upgrade my phone stopped working so they should fix it free of cost. They agreed that there were issues in their new version but they are asking for fees to fix my phone. But why should i pay as its their fault. This simply means that they will put some bugs in your phone and then ask for money to fix it. They are simply looting people. Please help.
