Miui — Software updation problem

I am facing updation problem in my phone xiaomi redmi 3s gold. I am facing it since update released. I also contacted customer care they suggest solutions. I tried it but fails. When i contacted them next time there is no reply from them.
They told that send bug report. I send the bug report 2 weeks ago stll now there is no reply from them. I have complained to miui forum also
