I purchased Mivi Duo Pods A25 Bluetooth Truly Wireless in-Ear Earbuds with Microphone Black on 23rd march 2022.

I am facing an issue with these earbuds. In One of my Earbuds, no sound comes, and whenever I connected these earbuds with a laptop and attend online meetings. The mic is not working and sometimes I face this issue on my phone also.
I raised a complaint and they told me to do troubleshooting.
Generally in such situations, we can fix the problem by basic troubleshooting, so I request you to please Make sure there is no dust on the earbud filters before using them. If a problem still exists, cross-check with the music player equalizer settings.
For Mic: Use a hairdryer for 5-10 seconds to dry the mic hole", also check with different devices and networks.
I did the troubleshooting. there is no dust in the Earbuds issues are still there. Now both earbuds are not working. I shared my address too.
After That, no one visited my place and no one do anything, and not even a single call from the MIvi support Team.
