Mivi — I didnt get my product after warranty

So I had applied for my warranty on 14th May and they picked up my earphones within two three days and assured .e that i will receive it within 15 days, now it's been 2 months i have called them multiple times their customer service is the worst and they just keep changing the dates but not repairing my product nor delivering it to me and im also thinking of suing MIVI in consumer court pune.So MIVI if you are seeing this pls deliver my earphone within 3 days or u will get a notice from the consumer court soon.
