I ordered the product from Flipkart on july 17 and received the product on july 18.but after one month the right side of the headset was not working properly and no sound was coming from the right side.i claimed for warranty for this manufacturer defect product.actually they should give us a new one but instead they service the product and give it to us.sep7 after claiming warranty i sent the product to mivi.they recieved the product on September 9th.they told they will update every status but there was no updates from mivi by either call or mail.they have a sickening customer service because they take hours to attend our call.all their staffs are trained to tell lies.whatever complaint you tell them they only say we apologise sir any other queries sir.other than this there is not another word except this same lies which they keep telling every time we call them.today is October 7 and still I didn't receive any update from mivi but 2days back the customer care person told us that they will contact you within two days but still now mivi didn't reply.its very irritating customer service mivi provides its customers.we pay money for the product and they give manufacture defect products and cheat the customers and recive our products in the name of warranty claim and keep our products for months in the name of repairing and dont even let us know the status of the product.
