[Resolved] Mivi — Not replacing my product after claiming warranty

I have purches mivi collor classic neckband black on 1 January 2022 which have 1 year warrenty. I don't have my invoice so I mail to company to give me my invoice but they guys says me that they replaced the product only by order I'd . And my order I'd is R[protected] i purches it by mivi platform . But now I claim warrenty of my product on May 18 2022 . The replied my via email that the y arranged pickup . But till now I have mailed them message them via whatsapp . But they are not responding they don't even pickup my call till now that's why I m taking shelter under consumer forum.
They are breaching the contract of warrenty . As after making promise to replace the product they are not doing so . I needy product replacment as soon as possible
